great location
Within walking distance of beach, restaurants, shopping, casino etc. Right next to airport so be prepared for that noise. Third floor terrace was awesome

Great Location, Great Stay
I had an amazing stay at Paul's home. I rented a car, but it is actually walking distance to stores, restaurants, nightlife, and Maho beach. The 3 bedroom home was very spacious, with AC and strong WiFi in every room. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything needed. You do hear music at night, and airplanes taking off but not enough to disrupt sleeping. One of the best places to stay in St Martin overall!
