"The pictures don’t even touch the beautiful view this house has of the Smokey mountains!!! It’s breathtaking! The house itself was wonderful and the rooms were spacious and it was great for multiple families to have their own space. The house manager was very friendly and quick to answer our questions and concerns. Would definitely stay here again "

"We had a brilliant time. The house was clean well appointed and spacious for a family of five. Kitchen was well equipped and even though I shopped in Knoxville, I could have found everything at Food City in Dandridge. Dandridge was very nice. Douglas Lake was gorgeous. About 35-40 minutes from Pigeon Forge. Just a fabulous vacation with a nice, comfortable house on a quiet street at the end of the day. Hope to return. Recommended."

"Nice farmhouse that is close to everything but far enough away from everything to have a peaceful time in nature. Everything was great. Only suggestions from my party was possibly upgrading the mattresses on the beds. Not terrible though just not as comfortable as the setting. "

"We loved the privacy and balcony. Private boat was great! Loved the kayaks and Kitchen amenities. Definitely stay again if you could address the insects that are coming into the downstairs. Also, the balconies need cleaned. Other than that, it was the perfect vacation"
