"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cedarwood Cabin! This rustic and romantic location enthralled us with it's history and charm. It transports you back to a simpler time. The thoughtful but simplistic decor, the ambient Edison style lighting while listening to big band vinyl by the wood stove hits just right. There's also some great literature about the history of this cabin and specific area of Mt Hood Village which is fantastic. Host Ian was excellent in communication and really cares about the historical significance of this cabin. It shows in the attention to detail that he gave. We will definitely be returning some day. "

"Nice property, but some instructional materials about heating, the stove for people unfamiliar with gas cooking, more specifics about trash and recycling. At 75 I’ve stayed in many rentals and I can’t remember a rental that didn’t provide more information. kitchen is well equipped."

"We stayed here for 2 nights on our honeymoon while visiting Mt Hood and surrounding areas. The cabin is incredibly clean, feels private from the house when inside or on the deck, and has great amenities. We loved having the kitchenette and the hot tub was great. GPS takes you directly to the cabin, it is down a windy back road, we found it easily in the dark with Google Maps. Cabin is clean and beautiful! Would stay here agin if we return to the area!"
