"The house is a newer build, modern, and clean. Just outside the development and across the street we found a great place to watch the sunset: a small parking lot next to the tennis courts. Lovely."

"We loved our 9 days here! Views were amazing, the pictures don’t do it justice. We made good use of the kayaks, the kitchen, and the pool. The sandbar was right down the street (an easy kayak away) and the golf cart made getting into town easy and fun. Beautiful area, loved the seclusion. Highly recommend!"

"Sandy & Salty is a perfect place for 2 couples. The view is spectacular and the home has everything you need for a wonderful getaway. The location is close to everything!The beds are comfortable add the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed playing the games inside and loved the comfy Adirondack chairs and chaise lounges for the beach. Thank you JoAnne for making us feel at home!Can’t wait to come back!"

"We loved this house and the location. You are walking distance to amazing beaches and the house provided a lot of needed items. Having the golf cart with the house was top notch, much needed for getting around. The prices on food items are high, so if you’re budgeting, keep that in mind.the house had plenty of towels and beach towels to use which was nice so you don’t have to pack them. April was very organized with having someone at the airport ready to pick us up and then someone to pick us up...

"Fantastic! A great location and a perfect place to unwind and relax. The wonderful view was enjoyable from both inside and out on the deck. Our host was super helpful and responsive. The kitchen and cottage in general were very well equipped, well maintained and, up to date. We walked to the Sand Bar for delicious food and cocktails, everything else was a short golf cart ride away. Highly recommended. "

"Our stay was amazing...how can it not be at Harbour Island. I do think it could be clearer that the queen bed is not in the upstairs master bedroom. My husband and I decided to stay downstairs in the guest room simply to have a queen size bed instead of a double bed. Our door was a leaver door with slats that didn't lock so not a lot of privacy. Super trival but I do think a shower door down stairs would be helpful instead of a small piece of glass. We seemed to get water on the floor and...

"Fully equipped great little cottage. 2 very nice bedrooms and baths with space and privacy for more. Located in the historic harbor with a great porch to watch the world go by. Due to an airline issue we needed 3 extra nights at the very last minute and we were graciously accommodated. This was a great space for us and highly recommend Harbor House."
