"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. "The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"Space is nice and worked well for our family. Only complaint was arriving at night wasn’t ideal as the front gate area had a homeless person hanging around. Once we entered the gate, the walkway smelled like someone had just urinated. It didn’t give the best first impression. Getting the key wasn’t hard, just cumbersome as there isn’t a front desk person to assist. "
