"The unit was overall nice, I was a bit let down upon arrival. I arrived later in the evening, the porch light didnt work, the door handle was not completely attached to the door. Upon my arrival inside, it was cold. I will I stayed on one of the coldest days of the year, and the one unit was set to 69 heat, but the other was on 69 cool, so it took some time to room the bedroom up. "Property was everything we wanted—walking distance to the square. It was well decorated and stocked with everything we needed. There is construction nearby that wasn’t loud during our stay, but has the potential."

"Sherwood Cottage is the prime location for any activities near Eureka Springs. The distance to hike locations, Eureka Springs downtown, and really amazing restaurants was great. The cottage was adorable, clean, well kept and stocked with all the amenities we needed for our trip. Patrick the owner gave us a tour of the property prior to letting us stay and was friendly and informative. This place was amazing and if we decided to visit Eureka Springs again. "We loved staying here at the Farmhouse. Everything was perfect. It was quaint, charming and so inviting. The house has a great “story” and each room was decorated so cute.
