When I arrived the manager said the owner (who handles all the bookings) had not informed him that I had a reservation. The owner insisted they had not been paid and insisted I pay cash to the hotel if I wanted to stay. "We had 3 weeks in Bali and our 5 night stay at Lata Lama was our top stay. All the staff were all so lovely, kind and very eager to help us in any way. The staff took great pride in their roles and the cleanliness of the entire place was 5 stars. Yummy breakfast. Did our washing, organized a scooter and massage for us. We will definitely return. Can't rate this place high enough, but it comes down to the people that work there. Also great location, very central for what we wanted to adventure...
