This little slice of farm life located outside of Lovell WY, comes along with themed rooms, a pool, and ever bearing raspberry and strawberry patches come late summer.
Storm the castle, transform into a princess (dress up’s stocked!) roast marsh mellows under beautiful Wyoming stars, or have a pool day! Don’t forget to say hi to the cows and chickens that border the spacious yard and orchard. Trees are still growing, but someday this fruit will be yours for the picking as well!
Looking for adventure?
It’s a 2-45 minute commute to golfing, rodeo, public lands, and every outdoor activity imaginable! Between the Big Horn Mountains, Prior Mountains, Horse Shoe Bend Marina, Cody Night Rodeo, and Yellowstone you couldn’t get a better outdoor retreat. Snowmobiling, off-roading, or boating? There is more than enough space for trailers.
Sleeping arrangements:
The Ocean Room sports a luxurious King bed and pack n play
The Castle Room has a queen bed up on top, accessed by a rock wall, rope ladder, stairs, or slide that ends in a ball pit! Trap doors can be opened for play time and closed for bed time so no one rolls off the top while sleeping. Under the Castle is a large play area for the kids to utilize as their hearts desire! It features stick horses for your brave knight, or dress ups for your princess.
The blue room is spacious and has a queen bed, full sized bed, and rocking chair.
The flower room has a fantastic queen bed.
The couch pushes together to form a super comfy, bigger than king bed.
Want to bring more people? Air mattresses welcome! Please just let us know.
The Pool:
The pool is an outdoor pool. It is full year round but will be heated May 15th - September 15th.
15-20 people can comfortably swim. The deep end is DEEP. Please utilize the floaties in the pool closet for littles who aren’t strong swimmers, or bring your own. The shallow end most 5 year olds can stand and still keep their head above water.
The cover is a tension cover. This means it can be walked on. Should it? No. Will it keep kids from getting in the pool unsupervised? Yes. It is mesh, so when pressure is added to the cover, water does get on top. If a child gets on the cover it will submerge 2-3 feet. We have found it is enough to prevent catastrophes, but still dangerous. Please keep an eye on your littles, and keep them off the cover!
To remove and replace the cover will take 2 adults. Remove all the springs on the short sides and the long side closest to the house. Grab the unfastened corners, lift up, and pull quickly towards the still fastened side all the way onto the grass.
Please put the cover back on after each use.
Pets:
Want to bring your fluffy family member along?? There is a temperature controlled designated pet area in the garage. It is a smaller space, but has a dog door with a fully enclosed outdoor run you can keep them in.
They are welcome to run the yard, but please keep them out of the main body of the home, the pool, and the livestock.
