Sunnyside Downtown is perfect for corporate travelers or a refreshing vacation get away. With easy access to downtown entertainment, restaurants, breweries, and other outdoor fun, this ideally located townhome serves as your next launching point to explore Northern Colorado.

Two bedrooms are located on the second floor. Each bedroom is furnished with a king bed, high end fixtures and luxurious bedding. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom to allow privacy from the your fellow travelers.

The entire main floor is an open concept with leather couches and Smart TV in the living room. The dining room and kitchen are furnished with high end furnishings and stainless steal appliances.

Office setup is located on the second floor furnished with a desk and chair for those needing to work remotely and a skylight directly above the office space to brighten up the area.

Washer and dryer are available and supplied with soap/softener.

Enjoy the cruiser bikes on the large Big Thompson bike trail that winds its way through the city of Loveland. The bike trail is located next to the townhome building where you can ride around downtown or take a cruise to the nearby Foote Lagoon amphitheater.

Home of Lake Loveland and Boyd Lake, there are plenty of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. Don't forget about Devils Backbone where you can enjoy a day hiking through the foothills enjoying scenic views of the Rocky Mountains.

With its downtown location, you will find plenty of restaurants, art galleries, sculpture gardens, and shopping nearby. Craft beer lovers will be excited by more than 30 breweries within 30 minutes of the home. Downtown Loveland is less than a 5 minute walk with bars, music venues, breweries, an outdoor theater and so much more.

Fort Collins is a wonderful college town just north of Loveland and a short 15 minutes drive, with availability to world famous breweries such as New Belgium and Odell Brewing Companies. Look them up online to schedule a brewery tour or visit the expansive tasting rooms for a taste of fresh and delicious made on site brews. You will find a thriving downtown with quaint shops, a wide variety of restaurants, local coffee shops and great concert venues such as the Aggie Theatre. Comfortable and Clean
One of the things I noticed about this place is that it is very, very CLEAN - I mean, there wasn't a corner that wasn't spotless. Also, the beds are very comfortable with high quality linens and good mattresses. I slept well every night (which isn't always the case when I'm not in my own bed"). I also appreciated the laundry detergent that was provided as well as dryer sheets. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice stay in clean condo. Very close to a lovely walking/bike path that I enjoyed a lot. The management team was responsive and easy to communicate with. Only disappointment was that I found the bed and pillows uncomfortable. For the price, I think the bedding should be improved.

This is a nice rental in a great location - walking distance to the old down town, which is full of great venues. We had plenty of room inside, and the fenced yard has a great sitting area with a grill. Parking is shared, but manageable. We really are happy with our stay.

Easy Trail Access
This property is right next to access to the Big Thompson River Trail that winds around Loveland. So it’s perfect if you enjoy running or walking during your stay. The house is new and beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need for a home away from home. It’s close to downtown, so easy to access restaurants and shopping on foot. And there are bikes in the garage! We loved our stay here.

The condo is amazing, clean, and great location. Each amenity was very thoughtful. From the special touches of the bathroom amenities, the kitchen stocked with all of the staples and more, the comfortable king sized beds, the special touches of décor throughout the condo. The location to downtown, the walking/riding trail, Longmont, and Boulder. The bikes are an added plus. The communication with management was very efficient. Needless to say we had a wonderful time at this beautiful place.

This condo is exactly as presented. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to everything in Loveland and very convenient if you want to head toward Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park. We came to Colorado for a wedding and we managed to fit a lot into a very short 5 days. We also enjoyed the bikes and the bike trails. So many parks nearby. Very friendly people on the bike trails. We were so thankful that the beds were very comfortable...as we needed a good nights sleep after our daily adventures! We would highly recommend this property.

Friend trip family visit

What a beautiful home!
This property and home is in pristine condition and was the perfect quick getaway to our favorite state for me, my husband, and our 3-year old black Lab, Birdie. We loved the close proximity to the park to take her on walks (and runs in the fresh-fallen snow!) and being just minutes from downtown Loveland made it even better. Everything we needed was in this home - and then some! - and it was decorated beautifully. Job well done! We hope to stay here again next time we visit Loveland. What a diamond in the rough!
