This property is essentially two houses in one! The basement has three bedrooms and a bathroom that is buffered by a family room and the kitchen. Upstairs are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We had two families of four and two grandparents stay and we all had plenty of space and privacy. We really enjoyed the comfortable couches and back yard.

This was an incredible property. We have stayed in several rental homes in different times of the year and in different states. Overall, this is one of our top two properties that we have ever stayed in. This one, in particular might be our number one overall because of its location in the city. It was quiet, the neighbors were friendly, and it was easy to get to. Besides that, the home was well stocked, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and super generous. They even left us a wonderful card along with a bottle of wine. That was a classy move.This home was everything as described, and even more. It was well worth the money.

We stayed at this property on our recent family visit to Loveland and the surrounding area. Family in this case was actually four couples with five children. The house fit us well - everything from the six bedrooms and three baths to multiple family room spaces. We loved the porch and fire pit for evening rest time. The home has easy access to local destinations: Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, and community parks like Round Mountain and Devil's Backbone. We had a great time hiking and sight seeing every day and slept well each night. This beautiful home was perfect for us.

This property was perfect for our family who met in CO from 3 different states. It is very well equipped from the kitchen to the linens, to baby items, to games etc. The 6 bedrooms and multiple living spaces allowed ample room for everyone to be together and yet afford some privacy. Due to the weather (cold and snowy) we were not able to enjoy the large backyard with great seating options and covered patio with fire pit. Communication with the hosts was excellent.

In person this property far exceeds the beautiful pictures. The home felt like it was brand new, remodeled just before our stay. A relaxing layout with separate living and family rooms. This well-decorated, comfortable home met the needs of our group in the area on a business trip, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Each bedroom/bathroom was spacious and clean. The living spaces were great for getting our group together to socialize and conduct meetings. The kitchen had everything we needed and the spaces outside were more than we could have hoped for. This is a great location and I wouldn't hesitate staying here again for either a business trip or for a family gathering. The hosts were quick to respond and gracious in their communications. Geoff and Eileen are excellent hosts. I reached out to them to confirm before booking that it was all right to have a low-key family gathering and party for my mother’s 85th birthday. This was a perfect home for our family who traveled from all over the country and out Over the week. The backyard is fenced in. which made it perfect for small children the kitchen is well appointed with lovely dining options for inclement weather. The living room has a great big TV to stream family photos. It was easy access to enjoy the mountains and foothills for a day. The beds are all very comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. We will gather and return here.. I’m a professional host so I’m aware of how much they have put into making this song comfortable!

We were sending our staff to a conference in Loveland and wanted to make a team bonding experience out of it instead of having everyone stay in separate hotel rooms. Not only did we save a ton of money with this house, it made our stay more of a vacation than a work obligation. There was plenty of space for the whole team. Every room was furnished beautifully with very comfortable beds, and our guys were very happy no one had to sleep on a bunk bed! I've also never seen a house (or hotel) as clean as this was. I thought for sure they must have JUST finished remodeling for it to be in such pristine condition, but I saw there were other entries in the guestbook. So kudos to your cleaning team! We will absolutely stay here again next time we're in town (hopefully in the summer so we can make use of the beautiful patio).

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious home in Loveland. The layout was perfect for our family of 9, providing plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The neighborhood was peaceful, making for a relaxing stay, and the location was excellent—conveniently close to many attractions, including Rocky Mountain National Park.The only opportunity for improvement would be the main-level master bedroom bed, which was quite uncomfortable as it sank significantly in the middle. A mattress update would make this otherwise fantastic home even better. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet, well-located retreat.
