Great location- easy check in - owner quick response
Overall this was perfect for what we needed. This was close to family we were visiting and very convenient to the downtown area of Loveland. In addition felt like a safe neighborhood
We had 8 in our group, and the house was just the right size. We appreciated the amount of seating in both the living room and dining room. We've stayed in a lot of vrbos, and most do not have the amount of seating for the amount of people staying. We used the dining area a lot for playing games and eating our meals.
We enjoyed the downtown area and appreciated the short drive. We enjoyed a day trip kayaking down the river (highly recommended).
The location was peaceful and quiet. We saw deer in the neighborhood every night. We enjoyed the porch swing (although it's hung a bit too high - when we sat back in it, we couldn't reach the floor)
Bring all your own food. There were no condiments or spices/salt/pepper (except cinnamon). The kitchen had enough dishes. There was not a crock pot, which is a staple for us on trips as we bring a lot of our food frozen and put in the crockpot to cook while we are out for the day.
There are not a lot of electrical outlets (to be expected in an older house), so keep that in mind for technology charging. (6 in our group were teens/young adults with a lot of different devices.
As others have mentioned, there are not locks on the bathroom doors. We made a makeshift "in use" sign out of a paper plate to use, and made sure to knock before entering.
There are some rooms that could use a paint touch up, but it all seemed to be clean and well prepared for our stay.
Overall, if we were to ever be in the area again, we would stay again.
Older home. First floor fine. Upstairs uneven floor which was hard to walk on and should be noted for older users. Could use a little TLC upstairs and at the front door. Hard to open & lock front door. Didn't care for the foam mattresses.
Our family had a very nice stay. The walk down the hill to town was lovely, quiet safe neighborhood, cozy home. There were not a lot of outlets so that was a bit of a challenge at night for phone and watch charging. It was an old house but very clean. The one bedroom bed was pretty uncomfortable but the other 2 were lovely. All in all, great spot and would stay there again.
This was a cute little house and located in a perfect spot. Lots of things to do in town or go towards Kings Island. A ton of space for everyone and.....the Cordaroy bean bag bed was a neat little addition. Made us buy one haha.
If you're coming to Loveland area to ride the Little Miami bike trail, this vintage house is a great choice.
Nothing fancy, but comfortable. & close to restaurants.
House was very well equipped and owners were responsive. Clean and quiet. Only thing that kept it from getting 5 stars was carpet could be replaced or cleaned.
Very nice, quaint home near downtown Loveland. Very nice, quiet street!! We loved the characteristics you’ll find with an older house with upgrades where it’s possible. The front porch has a great sitting area! We would definitely stay there again!!
Truly a nice place to stay, would stay here again if we were in the neighborhood

One and done
The house was drafty, the front upstairs bedroom had NO heat going to it, there is no insulation so the floors are freezing and the laundry was in the dungeon of a basement. The leaky toilet was obvious since there was blue on the toilet and floor & there was no hot water for showers. There needs to be more than one tv in the house and needs to have basics like a hairdryer & pam spray with some basic spices. The back bedroom’s bed is hard as a rock. I don’t normally write reviews but the whole family was disappointed in this house. It’s an older home so you can expect some of the items above but the front door is missing some glass & there is no walkway to the car so it was even harder to keep the wind out & our shoes clean from the yard. We did like the quick drive to downtown Loveland.

Property needed a good cleaning and updating.
It served its purpose as a stop off on a bike trip.
We chose this property because of its proximity to downtown Loveland. It's a quick drive. We thought we might walk, but there is a serious incline and it was a bit warm. Beds were comfy. No locks on bathroom doors. Internet was out while we were visiting. Owner was responsive and apologetic.
House was within walking distance to downtown Loveland. We had plenty of room for our group of 5. Great location and owner was very responsive to messages. We would definitely stay again.
Cute house in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with Tim was excellent, the town was lovely, and we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again if we were in the area.
