High end, luxury condo situated in a brand new condo building located in Downtown Loveland. Carl's Nest features two master suites furnished with king beds and en-suite bathrooms and is an affluence rental unlike anything in the area. If you are looking to relax while indulging in the luxurious lifestyle, this is the flawless spot for you.

Carl's Nest is perfect for corporate travelers or a high end vacation get away.

Two bedrooms are located on the second floor. Each bedroom is furnished with a king bed, high end fixtures and luxurious bedding. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom to keep your privacy from the your fellow travelers.

The entire main floor is an open concept with leather couches and Smart TV in the living room. The dining room and kitchen are furnished with high end furnishings and stainless steal appliances.

Office setup is located on the second floor furnished with a desk and chair for those needing to work remotely. Private, enclosed outside patio included with patio chairs, grill, and a hot tub for your personal enjoyment!

Washer and dryer is available and supplied with soap and softener.

We do accept dogs with a $100 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a dog.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗼 𝗡𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗯𝘆:
Home of Lake Loveland and Boyd Lake, there are plenty of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. Don't forget about Devils Backbone where you can enjoy a day hiking through the foothills enjoying scenic views of the Rocky Mountains.

With its downtown location, you will find plenty of restaurants, art galleries, sculpture gardens, and shopping nearby. Craft beer lovers will be excited by more than 30 breweries within 30 minutes of the home. Downtown Loveland is less than a 5 minute walk with bars, music venues, breweries, an outdoor theater and so much more.

Take the gorgeous, 45-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. A one-hour drive north you'll find Cheyenne, Wyoming and Denver is only an hour south.

Very clean and great location
We had a great stay. Everything was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Check in was super easy! Location was just a couple of blocks away from restaurants and downtown. It was a wonderful central location as we traveled to Golden, Boulder, Ft.Collins and even went to Cheyenne and Laramie WY. All were within about and hours drive from Loveland. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was absolutely wonderful!! Clean, very nicely decorated, close to Main Street Loveland, and so quiet… We had a great stay and will definitely stay here again, if visiting…. Property Management was also very easy to get a hold of and was helpful with any questions we had… If in doubt, don’t hesitate to book a stay… I promise and I’m picky….

Loveland’s Best Kept Secret
We were in Loveland for seven days for a golf tournament and could not have chosen a more comfortable, impeccably new and clean place to stay. The hosts thoughtfulness with small amenities really helped. I highly recommend Carl’s nest if you’re anywhere near the Denver area.

Comfortable Pleasant home
This is a well maintained, up to date and comfortable home that served as a great homebase as we explored the Loveland and Ft Collins area. We were a bit surprised at the age and condition of some of the other properties in the immediate neighborhood, and the parking really is limited to one vehicle, but neither issue negatively impacted our trip. We would stay here again, thank you for providing such a comfortable home.

Our condo was in pristine condition. Everything was very clean and amazing. My husband and I enjoyed our condo, the closeness of visiting with friends from years ago, the nearby bike trail, and the walking distance to downtown Loveland. The location and the condo were perfect for what we needed.

The property if in an older area but the home is extremely well kept. The owner/property managers have stocked the kitchen very well with utensils, basic needs like spices, coffee, salt, sugar etc. All the rooms were very clean and spacious. Close to grocery stores & downtown Loveland for restaurants & breweries. Good fit for a family or couples.

We came to Colorado to watch our son play baseball. He plays for Northern Colorado Owlz. We also enjoyed Rocky Mountain National Park and horseback riding at Sombrero Stables. The stay was very inviting and comfortable.

This was a beautiful property. Nice central location for our needs. It was very clean. Being a fellow VRBO owner, I notice all the details. Had a little bimp getting the code to work to get in house. However everthyng was quickly fixed withba phone call. Carls Nest was spotlessly clean and welcoing. It has everthing you need for a stay. Beds super comfortable and hot tub a delight at the end of a day of traveling and adventuring.
