You are just walking distance to beautiful Lake Loveland and iconic Benson Sculpture Park.
Rocky Mountain National Park in Estes Park is only a 40 minute drive up the stunning Big Thompson Canyon.
Head 5 miles east to I25 corridor for a jaunt north to Cheyenne or south to Denver.
In the summer go boating on Boyd Lake, Carter Lake or Horsetooth Reservoir, all within a 20 minute drive or less. Or walk to the swim beach on Lake Loveland.
Skiing is just over an hour away at Eldora Ski Area in Nederland. Take the Peak to Peak highway for a more scenic drive! Continue on to Blackhawk/Central City for some fun at the casinos!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create your culinary masterpieces. Many herbs and pantry staples are provided. Throw together a meal to cook while you explore the area with a large crockpot, blend your healthy smoothie or frozen margarita’s in the blender. Granite cookware makes for healthier non stick cooking with no toxic breakdown of cooking surface. Grill right off the kitchen on the patio on the Weber gas grill.
Seating for 6 at the bar top dining table is cozy and open to the livingroom.
Complimentary coffee and condiments for a single cup or full pot Keurig…we’re conscious of waste so a reusable Keurig filter is provided.
Great LG Washer and Dryer with laundry products available if needed.
A pack and play, highchair and toys are also available for those traveling with little ones. We love our poochies so we’re happy to provide a fully fenced yard and ergonomic dog feeder for Your poochies!

Perfect vacation rental.
Close to alot of activities in the town, but also close enough to get out of town to popular tourist destinations quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Adorable and spacious!

We wanted to stay near Fort Collins for Thanksgiving because we had a new granddaughter less than a week old. The house was a nice size and the owner was in great communications both phone calls and text. The house was well stocked and dog friendly. I would definitely stay with this owner again.

This place had everything we needed for our family of 5. Everything we needed for cooking meals was there. Back yard was where we spent most our time. Overall great place and great location. Easy check in/out, great communication from host. Overall would definitely recommend. Will stay here again when back in the area.

Great little place!
We loved our stay! Everything was so clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We brought our two dogs with us and they had a blast running around the good sized backyard. The neighborhood is very nice and well kept up. Ronda is very communicative and gave us thorough instructions for check in so there was nothing to question. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely be back.

Rocky Mountains vacation
This home was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean and well stocked with necessities. Washer and dryer were a huge plus. Ronda’s communication was excellent. She even recommended a local chiropractor for a much needed adjustment. Loveland was a perfect area to stay while visiting RMNP.

Exceeded expectations
Cute, comfortable, tastefully decorated home that was absolutely perfect for my daughter, our dog, and me. The kitchen was large, immaculate, and fully stocked. We wanted a vrbo that had a yard for our dog and this exceeded my expectation. It is very large and fenced in with a beautiful patio! Communication with host was prompt and courteous. If I’m in the area , I hope to stay again!

Best VRBO stay yet
First, the house was exactly as advertised. Second, the bed in the primary was the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept on. (The other two beds looked great but I did not lie on them.) The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated, comfortable. Upon arrival there was a bowl with various snacks on the counter which we greatly appreciated after our long drive. There’s a large washer and dryer along with laundry soap plus, enough paper towels and toilet paper for our week long stay so we didn’t have to purchase any or call the host. The neighborhood is lovely. Seems quiet and safe. We walked our dog both day and night and had 0 problems. The backyard gets an A+! Pretty and well kept, large enough to throw a frisbee for my dog and keep it in the yard. Communication with the owner was easy and immediate. I come through Loveland often and will stay here again. My dog loved it too.

Last minute getaway
Everything about this place was wonderful! I always am anxious once I book a VRBO but every review was outstanding and true. Ronda was very attentive and had provided everything that one would need to relax and feel comfortable. This is such a safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood. I walked every morning with my dogs to Benson Sculpture Park. It was only a mile away and one the most beautiful sites. The private backyard was also plus. It was well taken care off- my dogs loved playing in it. It was also a plus to be able to park in the garage at this VRBO. The location really couldn’t have been more perfect for getting around. We went Estes Park and Fort Collin, along with exploring Loveland. We were lucky to find such a wonderful place and if we are in the area , we will for sure stay here again

Perfect Home Away From Home
I will have a hard time listing all the amazing things about this rental! I will try but will most likely forget some. For starters Ronda was wonderful, she lives close by and is very attentive to this property. I worked while there and she made a special trip over to bring me a table and chair for my computer set up. Speaking of computers she has smoking fast internet. I conducted my telemedicine visits without so much as a hiccup, her internet speeds are around 225 Mbps download and around 100 Mbps upload, for anyone needing to work while on your vacation this is huge. Plenty of bandwidth for everyone in the house and some to spare, we had a teenage boy that spent many hours streaming and playing games on the very large TV with no glitches at all. The house is roomy but cozy at the same time and she has thought of everything. I brought some cooking things, pans, spices and such...you do not need to do that, the kitchen is fully stocked with more than enough of everything. There was dish liquid, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, even dryer sheets! The beds were all super comfortable and the AC is very efficient, quickly and easily cooling things down if needed. All of the appliances are new and very nice and in perfect working order. Great shower in the bathroom with excellent water pressure, she even thought to supply body wash and hand soap everywhere. Hmmmm, I know there is more! There is a garage you can park your car in that opens into the laundry and kitchen, it was nice to have a secure place for my car. I will say however I found the neighborhood to be lovely and I felt very safe there. I walked several days during my stay, the surrounding homes are all nice and the neighbors were very friendly. Very nice back patio and large fenced back yard. Like I said I am probably forgetting something but you get the gist, it is an amazing, comfortable home...everything described here and more. I cannot wait to make a return visit. Thank you Ronda for sharing your lovely home with my family, it was so nice to meet you. Hope to see you again soon :-)

Wonderful stay
What a wonderful place with a wonderful patio to watch summer quick storms and the sun. Owner was very accomodating and pleasant to speak with. the house is very well decorated and comfortable. Spent 1 or 2 days just lounging and enjoying the place.
