"Yosa will not respond to messages and will take questions that you may have while staying there as "complaining". Our stay was not a home away from home stay, there was no heat in the living room and kitchen area and bedroom in that section of the house. The bedrooms on the other end of the house gets hot while the other end is cold. Two days later after I kept mentioning the heat, she had someone bring over a brand-new space heater but did not work. "Booked a stay. Did not receive any check in details. Reached out to host via phone call and text and host phone was disconnected. Reached out on VRBO and no response. VRBO tried reaching host 2 within a 5 hour period and no response. Check in came and went, no response from host until 2 hours after check-in where host canceled reservation claiming an issue with my age, which I am well above 18 years old. Poor business practices and horrendous communication. "

"The Cozy apartment is terrific. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds and the kitchenette is very nice. Our host was attentive and checked in to make certain we were comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Fayetteville Ga. "

"I contacted the host after the told check in time because I had not heard any information on how to get to the unit. I was told in response that the place had flooded. I understand things happen but the host should’ve had better communication skills. It was a huge inconvenience and Vrbo tried to accommodate me however we where not accommodated for the duration of our trip."

"My stay was ok the property was clean except the sink because the water pipes was messed up so the sink would fill up with water and run over on the floor the back door did not lock when we 1st arrived to the place they had to come fix it overall the area was nice to stay in "
