"Great resort about a half hour from the city center. Staff very responsive and breakfast was great."

"This is a family run hotel and it feels like home. Felicia is the best and was very kind to my elderly nonna who was in a walker. There are rooms that are accessible for handicapped people so please ask for that if needed. There’s breakfast, and dinner available. You can hear outside of the room so I suggest using sleep sounds as to not wake you if you are a light sleeper. All in all I recommend this hotel. 10/10. Grazie mille!"

"Good hotel"

"This 5 star property checked all the boxes for a lovely stay. The views of the vineyards were surreal. We relaxed by their pool. Their service is excellent and were served wine with views of the vineyards. We are at their Michelin style restaurant. Our room was custom decorated and the bed was comfortable."

"Amazing and helpful hosts. Pierce and his wife have a fantastic family and made us feel welcome and comfortable during our two night stay in early September. His suggestions for lunch and dinner restaurants/cafes were top notch. They really go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Breakfast was served every day on time in your room as requested. "We love staying at Palazzo Brando. The apartments are perfect for an extended stay, and the location is so convenient; walking distance to the train station and old city. But what really sets this property apart is the wonderful staff. A huge THANK YOU to Martina, and also Antonio!"

"Eliana is great to work with, our flight was delayed 5 hours and she had someone there late to check us into the property. The place is very nice and clean. It is one block from the tram stop to get in and out of Venice, it couldn’t be easier. This is a great place and I highly recommend it."

"The best part of this hotel is the proximity to the airport and the shuttle service. We arrived around 8 PM and we were driven to a restaurant so we could have dinner. When we were done, the shuttle driver picked us up. All of this free of charge. We left the next day at 4:45 AM and the shuttle took us for a minimal fee. We could have walked to the airport, but with the cold temperatures, we sure appreciated the shuttle. The staff was very friendly and helpful."
