House for rent only and which is not a main residence. House renovated nine in 2013 located in the city center 800 meters from the sanctuaries, in a private garden, very quiet (not overlooked on the street) with possibility of garage. Ground floor with an equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher), a living room (possibility for an extra-bed for deasabled person), a bathroom with shower and equipment for the disabled. One floor with a double bedroom 140 cm, a bedroom with double bed 140 cm and 2 twin beds 90 cm, a bathroom with bath and shower. Free WIFI.

The property has not been maintained or checked for cleanliness prior to occupation. Mould on surface of dinner plates, bowls requiring cleaning prior to use. Strong odor of urine in living room, dank smell from kitchen drain, mold . At check-in we were told to purchase our own toilet paper! No paper towels either.Mosquito infested outdoor sitting area precluded its use and no screens on any windows or doors.

Tres bonne prestation. Maison spacieuse, endroit calme et bien situe centre Lourdes. Je reviendrai volontiers a une autre periode pour profiter du jardin tres bien agencé. Proprietaire attentif Poele a granule un peu capricieux mais bon chauffage avec convecteurs

Nous avons passés un séjour dans cette belle maison à Lourdes. Les propriétaires sont d'une grande gentillesse et disponible si besoin. Concernant la maison, rien à redire le jardin est très agréable au calme et la maison spacieuse et propre.

Schade!!!
Das Haus wäre ein Traum.... Groß und geräumig, große Fenster und Fenstertüren, daher hell (gut bei schlechtem Wetter), absolut ruhig, fußläufig alle notwendigen Geschäfte erreichbar, gute Betten, viel Stauraum, Toiletten und Waschbecken sauber, schöner großer Garten, Terrassenmobiliar in Ordnung, Garage.... Die Sauberkeit war allerdings eine Zumutung. Backofen und Backbleche waren so verdreckt, dass wir sie nicht benutzten konnten (wurde nach einer Woche von der Eigentümerin gereinigt). Falzen u. Gummidichtungen der Geschirrspülmaschine eine Katastrophe. Hängeschränke unten im Bereich der Herdplatte stark verschmutzt, muffiger unangenehmer Geruch im Hängeschrank an der Küchen-Stirnseite, verdreckte Abfalleimer, trotz Geschirrspülmaschine teils schmieriges Geschirr und Pfannen, viele alte abgelaufene Lebensmittel und Cerealien im Küchenschrank (selbst entsorgt und einiges in der Küche aus hygienischen Gründen selbst gereinigt), Sesselauflage im Korb-Ohrensessel eine dreckige Zumutung, uralt und teils instabile Küchenstühle als Eßzimmerstühle, im Garten aufgestellte Liegestühle dienen nur noch der Dekoration, Fenster und Fensterbänke sowie Falzen der Fenster völlig verdreckt und mit Spinnweben überzogen und und und.... Wir hatten den Eindruck: Es wird von den Eigentümern nur die Miete kassiert, sie achten aber nicht auf Sauberkeit, wenn Gäste abreisen. Es wird keine Kaution u. auch keine Gebühr für Endreinigung verlangt. Warum? Haus verdient eine ausgiebige Grundreinigung!

Excellent séjour à Lourdes le logement impeccable, spacieux pour 4 adultes avec 2 salles de bains il ne manquait rien . Très bien placé prés à 10 minutes de tout à pieds . Parfait je recommande et le propriétaire très agréable et serviable .
