It's an affordable and clean hotel if you want a quick overnight stay in Lourdes. Nothing flashy just a clean and affordable hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Mediterranee hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Mona and David who were particularly helpful. The food was also very nice, there was a great selection of foods at the buffet breakfast. The only negative aspect is that the bathroom should have a railing installed for people with disabilities and also to prevent accidents etc. The hotel should revert to using delph cups in the bedrooms instead of paper cups for environmental reasons. Apart from this, I would recommend staying at this hotel and I would stay here again.

Très déçue… Dans un premier temps, aucune prise proche des têtes de lit…donc prévoyez une multiprise :) Ensuite, c’est un peu un 4 étoiles à l’ancienne… tout est assez ancien. De plus, et selon S**** du service restaurant, « il est logique » que nous devions réserver le restaurant à chaque repas. Je suggère alors à S**** de faire un tour dans les autres hôtels de grandes villes ;) Deuxièmement, nous sommes arrivés plutôt tard à l’hôtel (vers 00h30-1h), et l’homme à la réception ne nous avait absolument pas parlé de réservation avant de venir au restaurant. Suite à quoi, S****, employé chargé du service du restaurant j’ose deviner, nous a bien fait comprendre, de façon pas très agréable, que nous n’étions pas en règle sans réservation et je dirais même qu’il a remis notre parole en doute… pas très professionnel pour un 4 étoiles ! Dernière chose, nous devions partir tôt (vers 6h) et avions donc anticipé de payer tout restant dû la veille au soir. Ce à quoi le réceptionniste nous a répondu qu’il était impossible de nous encaisser ce soir-là et que nous devions « repousser notre départ ». Heureusement, il a fini par trouver une solution. En bref, l’hôtel est malgré tout bien situé et je ne peux mentionner le réceptionniste qui nous a bien reçu le soir de notre arrivée mais si vous avez l’habitude des vrais 4-5 étoiles de grandes villes, fuyez !
