"Terrible check-in process (didn't receive the codes for access to the hostel and room, and host was difficult to deal with, insisting that the codes had been sent to me, but hadn't), but overall nice place in Lourdes within easy walking distance of the shrine and close to shops and train station. "

"Ask them to list their Business Tel # to WhatsApp and to expect for a foreigner occupant to have a local telephone. I had to go to the neighbor to call them to open up the door because they did not respond to their door bell"

"I ended up visiting/seeing the property and the booked room but not staying there. Firstly, all rooms are located on the second floor that are accessed by a wide but a very steep staircase. After climbing it to see the room, I understood that I won't be able to get my suitcase up the stairs and that each time leaving the room and getting back will be very difficult and hazardous for me. There is no elevator or lift. Secondly, the property is located remotely in a very rural area in the 15km...

"Nous sommes restes au clos Mirabel et ce fut une excellente surprise. L’endroit est bien entendu magnifique mais c’est surtout la gentillesse et le professionnalisme des hôtes (Rachel et sa famille) et la qualité des prestations qui nous ont enchantées (superbe maison, et Rachel est une excellente cuisinière qui a pu nous faire un excellent repas sans que nous ayons prévenus). Ce fut une parenthèse très douce et agréable pour nous et nos deux enfants. "

"From arrival to departure we were lavished with Jean's hospitality. He is extremely proud of his property and with good reason. Country setting, yet moments from everything. This was our temporary home, not merely a place to stay."

"Germaine was so accommodating and helpful specially it is my first time in Lourdes. She took good care of me. It was such a short visit for me and I always arrived late at night with the activities in Lourdes. She managed my visit well. A few items for improvement, blankets during cold weather, and towels for bathing. Never had the time to ask for these as I left early and arrived late, but am sure it can be accommodated. All in all a nice visit to Lourdes with my thanks to the host."
