"The property is outstanding, very clean and beautiful. The bathrooms are a bit outdated but very clean. The exterior, pool, garden area are beautifully set up and very zen. It’s not very close to anything other than 2-3 restaurants so you need a car. But coming back to this spot after your day on the beach or any other place feels really good! "

"The property is well situation in the centre of Chania Town Square. The space (room 6) is self contained. Front desk staff are amazing, welcoming, informative. In our room, on arrival, we had fresh fruit, water, juice, wine, toiletries. Very clean and comfortable for two. I will say however that because there is a restaurant below it was quite noisy in the evening until about 11:30pm. So if you are early to bed, like we were, that was a small issue. "The property itself was fine. The property manager left without giving us any way into the property. I had messaged her that our flight was delayed. She didn’t seem to understand that people traveling don’t have constant access to data. We got there and there was no one there and no one at the office or any note for us. Only by dumb luck did we find someone on the street who knew her and called her or we would have been sleeping on the street. Was a very stressful experience after a long day of...

"Gorgeous hotel and pool area, rooms were spotless and modern, location was good for being close to the beach but there wasn’t a great deal going on around the hotel (I.e. restaurant or bars nearby) and the pool bar closed at 6pm, stopping serving food at 5.15. "

A wonderful hotel

"An absolutely wonderful hotel stay in. Our room was fantastic, contemporary, spacious and beautifully appointed with a separate toilet and wonderful shower. The view was excellent and the bed was so comfortable. All staff were kind, informative and friendly - our cleaner kept our room spotless and stocked with towels etc. Breakfast was a real highlight - outstanding choice and variety for any palate or diet. The food was tasty and delicious. We loved our stay here and was within walking distance to all of the main attractions and restaurants- it was lovely along the water’s edge. "
