The Apartment Vilamoura Lux has a modern open-plan living and dining room, with a balcony that allows you to enjoy outdoor moments.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare meals with ease.

With two en-suite bedrooms, both with private balconies, a utility area and a guest toilet, the apartment offers a spacious and private environment for all guests.

Air conditioning throughout the property ensures a comfortable stay all year round.
Guests can also enjoy a large shared pool, ideal for refreshing and relaxing under the Algarve sun.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Apartment Niya. The apartment is modern, well-equipped, and located in an ideal area of Vilamoura. The two en-suite bedrooms provided ample privacy and comfort, and the balcony was a lovely addition for enjoying the fresh air. Amazing Stay
We had such a great time at Apartment Niya! The location is perfect—close to the beach, great restaurants, and Vilamoura’s golf courses. The apartment is super modern, with comfy rooms and a balcony where we loved having breakfast. The shared pool was a big hit, and we found it perfect for unwinding after a day out.
