Delightful First Floor Studio Apartment

Situated within The Old Village, this first floor studio apartment has delightful views over the gardens. It can be found just 25 minutes by car from Faro Airport and a 15 minutes walk to the marina at Vilamoura. Built in the style of 18th century Portuguese architecture, the Old Village is well known for its style and beautiful landscaped sub tropical gardens and is completely pedestrianised. The village has its own bars, cafes, restaurants, supermarket, children's play area and three swimming pools, and is surrounded by ample terracing with sun loungers. There is an onsite tours and transfers office. The Old Village is very family orientated and therefore loud noise and bad language is not tolerated. It is not suitable for groups of people wanting to party late into the night. There is 24 hour security who monitor unruly behaviour. Follow us on Facebook “Old Village 7B”

A gem of a place
Great property for 2 people,AC was lovely and cold, the apartment had everything we needed.super bathroom walk in shower,roof terrace was great, a sun trap, balcony had more than enough room with a lovely view over the ggrounds

Dealing with Debbie is a pleasure. All enquiries are deslt with immediately. The property is ideally situated, fabulous views from both roof terrace and balcony. Well equipped. Bathroom super modern. As a solo travellers the Old Village feels very safe, security on site 24 hrs. Third time I've stayed at this property this year and back again in October. Planning to visit again and again

Great stay. Fab location. Some things that would be handy - hooks for coats and hats etc. a mirror on the desk to use as a dressing table. A new iron. The current one leaks water all over. Overall had a great time and would return :)

Lovely property, great balcony to watch the swifts in the morning. Apartment has everything you need. The old village is beautiful, with easy access to three pools. Communication with the property host was excellent, inculding arrangement of our travel to and from the airport. Would book again without any hesitation.

A gem in the beautiful old village
From booking to our stay, Debbie was so helpful and provided us with hall the information we needed. The apartment is perfectly located for the old village, the marina and the beach. The roof terrace was perfect for sunbathing and had a beautiful view. Perfect short break, we will be back! :) Thanks again.

Fantastic apartment, located perfectly within the old village. roof terrace absolutely makes it .... Debbie the owner was Fantastic in the build up to going, nothing too much trouble for her. have already recommended this apartment to people we were away with and friends back home and would definitely book again.

Pictures and description were accurate so no surprises upon arrival. It was clean and well equipped. The bathroom was very modern and the shower was amazing. Plenty of extra bedding. Lots of kitchen utensils. Good aircon.

Amazing holiday!
This is such a lovely villa. When we arrived they said it wasn’t ready but took my number and called as soon as it was. We didn’t realise it had a roof terrace so that was a nice surprise. Was a perfect villa for what we wanted; we were a group of three friends staying for four nights. It was a short walk to the marina/beach, the setting of the villa (Old Village) was beautiful and the facilities were great. We had questions before we travelled and these were answered instantly. Before we travelled we were supplied with documents to help with our stay. Have already recommended this place to friends and family.

A lovely setting
I found this property really easy to book. It's in a lovely setting in the centre of Old Village with great views from the roof terrace. There's a shop and places to eat on the doorstep. Three pools to choose from. The marina took us 45 mins to walk the first time but only 20 mins after that. Signage for pedestrians would be helpful! The property sleeps 4 but all in one room and the sofa bed is only suitable for 2 small children.

From the outset I was in direct communication with the owner who was prompt when responding to any queries I had. The property was clean and comfortable with a fab new hi spec bathroom. The Old Village is perfect for all ages with easy access to nightlife if required. I have stayed at a number of properties over the last few years and have never been disappointed.

Great bathroom, a plus. The beds were a bit of a let down, not level on floor, bad steps up to flat.
The Old Village was a delight with a good atmosphere and well cared for gardens. The young lady was very helpful with a lot of knowledge about the area. Would stay at the Old Village again but not at the apartment we used, see above. Hope to go again next year...
