We have a rental licence on this property, which is a requisite of Portuguese Law and is required by all Landlords/Holiday Let Companies to provide you with assurance that the property has undergone a full assessment of all safety checks and all is in working order (please note, there are numerous properties within Portugal including the Old Village which are being let without having a rental licence, please beware of such properties as they are being rented illegally).
The Apartment comprises of an open-planned Lounge/Kitchen and Dining area. The lounge has Cable TV and has a built-in air conditioning/heating unit. The Dining area seats four and is ideally placed in front of the double-glazed French doors which open up onto your own private terrace, which has further seating and sun loungers outside. The kitchen comes fully equipped with electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave & iron/ironing board. From the lounge an inner hallway opens onto two double bedrooms, and a shower room which has a large enclosed shower cubicle, WC and vanity unit. The apartment is end of terrace and is in a prime position overlooking the central village square in The Old Village and is quietly situated.

The architectural design is based on the classical 18th century town houses of Portugal and has beautiful landscape gardens, three pools, variety of restaurants ranging from Cafe’s to A la Carte, bars, playground and supermarket.
You must at all times abide by the rules of the Condominium, which are displayed on notice boards throughout the Village. Please note, during busy months a charge may be levied by the Condominium for the use of sun loungers at the Pools.
When booking during peak periods please ensure your dates run consecutively with any existing bookings in the same period, otherwise you may be asked to move or cancel your booking.
