Great vibe, great location
We enjoyed our stay very much. Inner city can be a little noisy at night but convenience is fab. The loft had a great vibe, generous in size and nicely decorated.

The owner had incredible communication, explaining everything in detail - making our arrival very smooth - place was IMMACULATE! The location was awesome - walking distance to very many attractions and at the end of the day when we returned it was very quiet!

Walked in and noticed how clean it was. Kitchen and living room was very large for a loft. Big bedroom as well. The location was good and easy to get to everything downtown.

Justin was a great host who made contact immediately and made this rental a breeze to enjoy. The apartment was well apportioned with kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Definitely recommend this space to any couple or small family looking to visit Louisville.

Great place and we walked everywhere.
We really enjoyed staying at the loft. It was well done, had everything we needed and a great location. As part of our bourbon getaway we wanted someplace we could go back to in the evenings and walk to downtown restaurants and bars. We also enjoyed walking to the distilleries downtown during the day. Would definitely come back. A spot in the parking garage was a big plus too.

The River City Loft was PERFECT! Location was walking distance to everything for us! We loved sitting out on the balcony! The loft had everything we needed and more! If in the area again, coming back here will be our first choice!

Amazing introduction to Louisville

Perfect Stay
This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Louisville. Justin was quick to communicate back and forth and provided wonderful recommendations. Walking distance to many places like the Louisville Slugger museum and field, various distillaries, and great restaurants. Would definitely recommend to others. He had all the amenities you need when traveling and the loft was so clean and comfortable

Fantastic place! Perfect location! Parking right behind the building in a parking garage. Great time doing part of the Bourbon Trail. Love the history of the city and this building itself. It was built in 1890. The floors and brick walls are original. You can still smell the age of the building in the elevator. You can’t go wrong with your stay here!

New Year’s Eve Perfect!
Justin was an excellent host and provided accurate and precise instructions for check-in and parking. His loft was perfectly located for our New Year’s Eve experience at Fourth Street Live! The loft was a beautiful space with unique features including a lovely balcony space, a record player with a variety of classic records, and a historic building. We loved our stay here!

Very spacious and clean loft close to everything! We never had to move our vehicle once! Justin was a very thorough and quick communicator. An extra star for utilizing the cleaning service and not making us clean the apartment before we leave as EVERY other VRBO has made me do in the past. Can't say enough good things about this place. Amazing Stay in Downtown Louisville
This place is in a great location. So much to do within walking distance! The loft itself is one of the nicest places we have rented. Lots of charm and character. And, Justin was great. He was kind enough to meet us when we arrived even though it was late on a rainy cold night. He showed us around and gave us lots of great tips on what to do and where to go. We plan to come back sometime in the next year and will definitely look to rent this place again!

Great for history and adventure!
The location was great -- we needed to spend four days at the convention center and were delighted to find that 4th Street is primarily for pedestrians! My kids' friends asked if we would join them at an escape room, and we were pleasantly surprised to see it was right across the street. It took us a full day to discover the building's front door and that was much more comfortable than entering through the alley. The apartment itself was lovely -- we didn't have to eat out a single time because the kitchen allowed us to cook full meals. Be sure to check out the Seelbach Hilton down the street -- you can walk inside to watch a video detailing the fascinating history of the building.

Bourbon Trail Stop in Louisville!
This loft was very clean, and it had a ton of space! The location is kind of difficult to find on your own; however, the host was very communicative, responsive and kind! The location is also a fun area to stay in Louisville
