Location!
Amazing location steps away from the action in the heart of Jeffersonville.
Get the convenience of attending events, concerts or business in downtown Louisville with only a 1.9-mile drive to the YUM Center while being able to retreat back for a peaceful night sleep. Since you’ll only be 1 block off of the popular Spring Street, you’ll have multiple restaurants, Union Game yard, a grocery store, bars, and outdoor patios at your fingertips.

The Space:
The property is the floor level unit in an updated duplex. Its sister unit upstairs has a completely separate entrance and is also listed on Airbnb. Pets are allowed for a fee. The unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, dining room, full kitchen, and a back covered patio. The apartment can sleep and dine 6 at max capacity with 1 queen, 1 queen-over-queen bunk bed, and room for 1 to sleep on the couch. Also available for use is a washer/dryer combo. The apartment is decorated with a modern touch and has a 50” Smart TV.

Guest Access:
All guest may enjoy full access to the unit, including the front and back porch. No spaces at this unit will be shared by other guests.

The Neighborhood:
A wonderful small town feel with big town options. Everything is walkable including the full grocery store just steps outside your back door. Lively open air restaurants and bars surround this home. The neighborhood host free weekend activities including concerts and farmer markets !

Getting Around:
Downtown has quick access to uber/lyft ride share along with plenty of motorized scooters all around the space. There is plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping all around the space that you can easily walk to .

Great location
My daughter and I were in town for basketball tournament at the Kentucky Expo Center. This property was a 15 mins drive which was very convenient. It was walking distance to several restaurants and shops in Jeffersonville. Nice, clean property and Jonathan was easy to communicate with on check in and check out. Would recommend if you are in the area.

The name of this rental is accurate. Close proximity to the river and nestled in a neat neighborhood of Jeffersonville. Close and easy commutes to our other destinations in Louisville and overall enjoyed our stay!

Great location with everything we needed.
Nice place nearby the nightlife of Jeffersonville. Walking distance to many places to eat and drink. House was old, but inviting. Covered front porch was a nice place to unwind or to read the morning news. Communication was excellent and check in was simple. Floors could use a good cleaning. Main bedroom was small but the bed was super comfortable. Slept well each night. If you are looking for posh and perfect, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a nice comfortable place near the fun and minutes from Louisville, this place works.

Great location
Location was great. Literally blocks from restaurants and Big Four bridge and part. I felt very safe walking and running to and across the bridge. There are a lot of really good restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Beds were comfortable, plenty of bath towels, but only 1 hand towel and no wash clothes, 1 dish towel as well. Plenty of plates, cups, etc. Coffee pot and toaster. Dishwasher worked great and there were pods to use in it. It isn't attached well, so when you open it and pull out a rack it tips forward, just something to watch for. Washer/dryer wasn't working, it wasn't a big deal for us,so we didn’t expect it to be looked at during our stay but reported it. Overall the house is as described. Can tell the house has had updates. Doors have locks with a code, which is nice.

This house was situated perfectly for walking to restaurants and shops in Jeffersonville, and for using the footbridge to cross over to Louisville. We would gladly stay here again.

Walkable to tons of cool restaurants, bars and shops and easily walkable to downtown Louisville over on the Big 4 Bridge! Great house in a great location!
