boats as the property includes 2 separate private boat slips (up to a 35-foot vessel).
Upper Level - 2 bedrooms; 1 bathroom, accommodating 6 with a queen (Primary), full (Guest) and queen sleeper sofa (Living). Open concept living space complete with a wall of windows to take in the Ohio River Views. Well-equipped eat-in kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counter tops, breakfast bar and dining table. Ceramic tile bathroom and stackable laundry. 35-foot-wide balcony to enjoy incredible views of the Ohio River.

Ground Level - 900+ square foot covered patio, complete with Seasonal Summer
Kitchen (Mid-May thru November), patio furniture, porch swing, picnic table, ping pong table, ceiling fans, 2 grills and outdoor speakers. Huge tree covered yard featuring a Regulation Volleyball net / ball, Corn Hole, Bocce Ball, Badminton, Croquet, Can Jam and other yard games. Relax by the riverside on your porch swing, in your hammock or build a fire in your large stone Fire Pit. Only 6 steps takes you down to the concrete deck and your private boat slips. Note: This property is a beautiful setting for entertaining and small adult and family
gatherings are allowed and encouraged. Additional parking is available. The property
will accommodate larger adult gatherings such as family reunions, company retreats,
class reunions, church events, small weddings and rehearsals, etc. Please contact the
manager / owner to discuss details and additional costs.

Additional Note: This is an established Riverfront Community with very friendly and
accommodating neighbors. Walking or driving your golf cart along the river between
properties is allowed and very common. If you are sitting outside, don’t be surprised
when your neighbors stop by to introduce themselves and invite you over for a cook out or beverage. (Please be respectful of excessive noise after 10 PM)

levels can fluctuate. For up to date river conditions, please visit the National Weather

Last minute fall break trip
We (myself and my 12, 15, and 17 year old children) took a last minute fall break trip down south and chose this amazing home to stay in for a couple nights. WOW, did NOT disappoint!!!! The proximity to Louisville is awesome, but there are also so many great little restaurants right there in Jeffersonville. This home was probably the best part of the trip though. It ended up being a little too chilly for us to take advantage of all the cool outside activities (ping pong, volleyball, you name it and it is there). We spent most of our time inside enjoying the comfortable furniture and cozy kitchen. The views from this home are top notch. We were even able to watch the Belle of Louisville float right past us with all the lights on at night. Talk about bucket list views! Go ahead, just book this place. I know I will be staying again someday!

Perfect Fall Break Get Away
Our family enjoyed 3 nights at this river front property. Our kids especially enjoyed the ping pong table, yard games, fire pit, and piers for fishing. The fall views were stunning and we enjoyed seeing large and small barges go past us all day long. This location was very close to Louisville and we had access to everything we wanted to do during our stay. We highly recommend this site!

The over all experience was great. It was a short drive to Louisville. There was plenty to do in Jeffersonville also.The house was clean and a lot of yard games to enjoy when your hanging around the house. Peaceful just sitting there and watching the boats go by.

The perfect stay
We had a fantastic week at the property. The house was very well appointed with everything we needed. The furniture and beds were all comfortable and we were very grateful of the air conditioning with such hot weather. There are supermarkets and restaurants within a few minutes drive and plenty more over the river if you want. We used the house to explore the wider Kentucky/Indiana states after spending the previous few weeks touring, and we found lots of things to do but our favourite was watching the various boats pass by up and down the river. We wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend.

Beautiful location!
We had a wonderful time! The home was clean and well stocked. The home came with so many games - ping pong table, volleyball/badminton net, corn hole and more! The games were all in great condition and we could really use them, which isn't always the case. We had a great time playing as a family. Owner was great with communication. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house and the view of the river. The host was very friendly and helpful. The house was very well stocked with necessities to make out stay comfortable. Great place to relax
Our stay was great, we were on a long road trip and wanted a place away from the city and got exactly that. The owner was proactive in ensuring our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The only minor complaint we could report was that the place was a little buggy. As in there were ants invading the house and we also had to kill a number of spiders. I don't mind that so much as pest control is my profession, but other visitors might be put off enough by that kind of thing to make more of a fuss. Overall relaxing by the river was awesome, the house was really nice and comfortable and we really enjoyed it.

Great time, great rental
Location was very convenient for our outings in Louisville with a rental car/uber. Couldn’t beat the riverfront location and all the amenities at the unit. Owner stopped by while in the neighborhood and was very friendly and offered great suggestions. Would rent this property again if in the area.

Absolutely wonderful!
This property boasts everything it says it does and comes with great neighbors too! I stayed with my two teen kiddos and we had so much fun that we didn't have to leave the property for most of our stay. The games/amenities provided kept us busy and comfortable. My son just fished and fished and fished and even cooked us up a catfish or two. My daughter loved the volleyball net and many other games provided.

Great view/Great location
Great view of the river and nice place to relax after doing all the things in Louisville. The weather did not work out in our favor, but this place would be amazing in warmer weather. However, even with the cold, our kids enjoyed running and playing by the river, and laying in the hammock.

The owners are freakn amazing ( obviously ) because they thought of everything. The place to hang out is at the grills , picnic table & swing. The firepit is so nice and super close to the river.Everything is so clean & organized...enjoy!

Great place!
We had a great time staying here. The house is very cute, has everything you can possibly need. We really enjoyed the large firepit outside. We did some fishing and played games on the large backyard. There were also many board games inside so we played those when the weather wasn't as nice. Nice location, quiet area. I definitely recommend this place and would return if in the Louisville area. Thank you!

Cousin Trip
This was our annual cousin’s trip. We wanted somewhere near an outlet mall and near water. We couldn’t get any closer to the water for sure! As women we liked that it was private, quiet and safe. It was a great and relaxing trip. The place was clean and smelled great. The inside is very comfy and well stocked! It was rainy and cold so we didn’t get to use the fire pit or enjoy the outside area. We highly recommend and would stay again!

Short winter vacation
My wife and I stayed here with our 1 year old son and 2 friends. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well equipped the house is. It has recently been renovated and looks great. Our friends and us love to cook and that was made extremely easy since the kitchen was very well stocked! They had everything you would need to cook a delicious meal. The views of the river are amazing and we enjoyed a night by the fire watching tug boats and barges drive by. The house is stocked with plenty of linens, cleaning supplies and everyday household items. We also enjoyed the selection of games provided as well. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the option as it is a great little hidden gem. We hope we can return again one day.

Lovely riverside property!
We simply loved our stay at the Riverhouse, while we were in Louisville for our annual convention. The house is located up a nice grade from the river which allowed my husband to try his hand at fall Ohio River fishing. Not much catching happened due to the cold weather, though, he had a relaxing time anyway. The house is lovely, clean and has most everything that anyone should need. Property manager and owner communication was seamless and we really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for allowing us the privilege of using this wonderful place.

This place was amazing. We traveled from Lexington, KY to for Bourbon and Beyond festival. The views of the Ohio River spectacular, and so peaceful too. Great nature sounds you dont get living in the heart of a big city like we do. We never saw other people, LOL. House is stocked with everything you need. Communication great with property manager. Wonderful outdoor area for playing cornhole, badminton, star gazing and bonfires. We could not enjoy the outdoor area as much as we wanted because we were beat after 10 hour days at the festival. Well lit place. Lots of nice little touches around the house. Great wifi which was great. Nice hot showers. No problems at all. Great guide book for local bars, eateries and the like. Loved Jeffersonville. Quaint smaller town but so close to Louisville. would love to stay again when we don't have a festival so we can enjoy the outdoor space and town more.Highly recommend this place for couples or families.
