☀️ A quick note about the pool—it’s not heated (yet!), but it’s perfect for a refreshing dip on warm days. It is to be closed from Oct 15th-May 15th, Thank you for your understanding. UPDATE - HEATER IS COMING and should be installed by opening day, May 15th (heating is optional and opting for heat has a $75/day charge).
📷 For your security and peace of mind, we have a Ring doorbell at the front door and a Ring camera at the back door facing the driveway. These are the only cameras on the property, and there are no cameras inside the home.
🏞️ And just a fun little tidbit: there's a historic cemetery from the 1800s located at the back of the acreage—a unique bit of history on the grounds!
📜We do ask everyone to sign a rental agreement (house rules).
