My husband is in a power chair. We got a room that was handicap accessible. It was huge. It was truly one of the best handicap rooms we have ever stayed in. There was plenty of space for him to move around. The bathroom was wide, plenty of grab bars and tgeshower was roll in as advertised (which hasn't always been the case). Very welcoming staff. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed for a concert festival for 4 days. We had an amazing time! I appreciate the shuttle service and the staff at the hotel who were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful! We stayed during a large festival. The team working were so responsive to our needs. Our Kuerig was broke and they had it replaced in less than 10 minutes. The shuttle and the drivers were awesome. Beds were comfy. The people working there were wonderful. Highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Louisville Airport.
