Located just above Haucks Bar (Opening May 2022) with high walkability to the many amazing bars, restaurants & entertainment options in this neighborhood undergoing a major revitalization! This well-appointed modern apartment offers two bedrooms & a pull-out sofa that comfortably sleep 6-7 people, a full kitchen, TV in every room, convenient in-unit washer/dryer, private entry & reserved off-street parking.

One reserved off-street parking space directly behind the building. On-street parking is available as well. The private side entrance is located on the left side of the building. Electronic lock code provided the day before check-in.

The apartment was clean and very nice. Location was perfect with lots to do around. Enjoyed bar downstairs. Only negative was spot reserved for VRBO was always taken. Other than that place was perfect.

We stayed here for a girls trip. Downstairs food is a MUST HAVE. Place was nice. Just what we needed. Good atmosphere and near some good restaurants and bars. Definitely recommend!

Our family had a great time here. The location was awesome, close drive to pretty much everything. Germantown area was so unique and fun. Being above Hauck's was a cool bonus and we could easily enjoy the courtyard and grab a snack or drink and just relax. Ethan was quick to respond and very helpful. Would stay again!

We stayed four nights, 2 adults 4 kids ages from 9-16 Plenty of room for all of us. Clean, comfortable, and great location. We were less than 15 minutes from everything we wanted to go see. Nations Largest Farm Show, Louisville Slugger museum, an arcade plus more. Bonus that there was a breakfast place, lunch supper, and bar a few steps away. Very impressed with the meals, they did not disappoint. Something for everybody in our party. The staff was also amazing and super friendly. Highly recommend for a true downtown Germantown feel.

Girls Trip - October 2022
Great place that was clean and comfy and had everything we needed for a quick girls trip. Location has some fun history that is on full display in the bar downstairs. Courtyard was a great spot to enjoy a few drinks in the evenings. Ethan was great at communicating with us. If you're looking for a breakfast spot would highly recommend Big Bad Breakfast which is just a few miles away. Would stay again!

Amazing Location!
The location was great! There were plenty of places to walk to from here. The bar/courtyard below was an amazing space to grab a drink and hangout. You could hear a little bit of the chatter from the bar at night, but nothing we couldn’t sleep through. There was a parking spot dedicated to us guests but we had some issues on the weekend of unwanted cars parking there and forcing us to park down the street. Overall a great stay for a short weekend!

Perfect for us
Location, environment and layout was perfect for what we were looking for. Would stay here again. Only caveat would be reversed parking isn’t really reserved. Patrons of the bar or restaurant will use the designated spot. Property owner and bar will actively try to get the spot open but they can’t force anyone to move. We were able to use the spot once during our trip. Small inconvenience but one to note. Hopeful to book again in the not so distance future.
