The Space:
This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

Indulge in exclusive amenities at the Sky Club and Sky Park levels, including a rooftop sun deck with grilling stations and a fire-pit, outdoor yoga patio, 24/7 fitness center, private screening room and community lounge with kitchen. For those with work to do, the business center and conference room are available. There is also laundry in the building for a fee, we provide detergent in your unit.

The building is a simple on-off from I-65. For local excursions, hop on the LouLift – a free, electric bus fleet with onboard wifi that services 4th Street, downtown shopping district, and beyond. Uber and Lyft are never far. For the bold, we encourage the use of the dockless scooters!

Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

Guys weekend Away
This is the perfect location if you are looking for a cheap option to just sleep in. The Property manager was quick with communication which was appreciated. We had one issue with sheets that they corrected quickly. The overall room isn't an exact match to the pictures. We had some issues with the room that couldn't be fixed quickly the AC making noise all night, rooms adjacent smelling constantly of weed. Overall if you are looking for a cheap room in a location that's walkable to 4th Street Live, this is perfect for you. I was with a group of guys, so we felt fine the entire time.

Overall the property did not meet expectations based on photos or written descriptions. It would have been better in a 2-star hotel. The unit was filthy. Dust was caked on surfaces, counters were greasy, and the bathtubs didn't drain even hours after use. The kitchen was most disappointing for a multi-day stay. Not many plates were provided that weren't broken upon arrival, and there weren't enough sets of silverware for our 4-person party. There was no ice or ice maker in the building and no trash bags. The neighborhood also did not feel safe at night. The suggested parking lot, and only close lot, had multiple break-ins on other cars during the stay. The short walk from the parking lot to the building isn't one to make by yourself. Communication with the property management company was good with somewhat prompt to requests. Our anticipated unit was not available when we arrived, and it seems the unexpected switch meant no one even walked into the unit to make sure it was ready for guests. Overall - would not recommend this place for the price

Good location, listing could be more accurate
Pros: We were very happy to book this apartment after our previous host (from another website) cancelled our booking last minute. The location of this apartment is also really convenient, and the view is amazing! The apartment is also well stocked with plenty of the essentials. There is also an awning at the front door you can park under to unload your luggage. Came in handy for us because it was sprinkling during our check out. The communication with/from the host was excellent! They even let us know that the street would be closed to traffic one morning due to a marathon. Cons: A couple of things I would have liked to know that don't appear on the listing - there is a 2 pet limit, and the pet fee is not cheap. There is no onsite parking. You will either have to park in a public parking lot a block or 2 from the apartment building (which isn't free) or you can park at a meter closer to the building (also not free). The beds were not comfortable, with the second bedroom being far worse than the main bedroom. Actually, none of the furniture was comfortable, I don't know if it's just worn out or if they went form over function. But there wasn't really a comfortable place to sit or sleep. Overall we were really happy to have a place to stay with our dogs. It's not always easy to find a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment, so that was very much appreciated!
