Enter into a front living room with 9' Ceilings, douglas fir hardwoods, large bay window furnished with a comfortable couch, coffee table and dedicated work space with desk and office chair. Super fast Wi-Fi convenient for remote working, fast downloads, and speedy streaming. Just off the living room through a sliding barn door is the front bedroom with hardwood floors, queen-sized bed, and two windows.

From the front living room enter the back wing of the home that offers an immense kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, butcher block countertops, roll away professional kitchen island, kitchenware and cookware to prepare any and all meals, microwave, coffee machine, Keurig, and toaster. Classic 50+ year old sink overlooks the back family room adorned with a leather sectional sofa and Smart Roku TV to stream all your favorite apps including Netflix, Amazon Prime, ESPN, etc. 2nd Bedroom with queen sized bed, closet, and wall mounted Smart TV just off the kitchen . Luxury hard surface flooring in the kitchen, 2nd bedroom, and back family room. The property was perfect for us, just the right size. It was clean and well maintained. Backyard was pretty, we would have used it more if it weren't so hot. AC was a little spotty but it was also 100 degrees while we were there. Lenny was super responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend.

Great Little Place
We wanted to stay in Boulder but "settled" for this place. Turns out we much preferred this house and location to staying in Boulder. The house itself was very nice and very well stocked. There are two rooms, one bathroom and a washer/dryer. There was a deck in the back yard that was very nice. The photos don't really do the place justice. We were very pleasantly surprised. The neighborhood was wonderful. There are walking trails everywhere! We loved that you could walk to several places for dinner, drinks or treats. We would definitely want to stay here again.

Cozy Comfort
We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was small, not fancy, but just right for my wife and I. It met all our needs. It was on a quiet street in a beautiful old, historic neighborhood. The Fall colors were in full bloom. Lennie responded quickly to a small issue we had and was courteous and helpful. We would rent it again without hesitation.

Cottage in central Louisville, Colorado
Well-appointed comfortable cottage. Although it is small, my wife, adult daughter, and I fit into it easily. Having two comfortable sitting areas besides the bedrooms and kitchen was a plus, as was off-street parking. The owner was very responsive regarding any questions. Especially for the price, this is a great place to stay. It’s easily walking distance from Louisville’s restaurants. Also, for runners, it’s about a mile run through quiet neighborhood streets to reach the Coal Creek trail.
