You will have access to the entire house and yard. Driveway is paved on one side with an additional gravel driveway on the side.The garage and the outside storage are excluded (you aren’t allowed to use those areas) because those areas are used for house maintenance purposes.

This includes the use of the three lovely bedrooms with queen sized beds, common areas, and the fully-fenced backyard and the spacious parking area. Well it was ok
Odd set up but seemed quite clean. Under stocked kitchen. Very small bathrooms but beautiful. Air fresheners were quite overwhelming and in 2024 we found it odd that there was a dishwasher we were not allowed to use. We were set 4 days in KY all things we could live with u til cockroach in a glass of water. Brother in law since he is 6’5 found a sticky pad in a cupboard with 5 more. Grossed out.
