Bourbon trail trip
Good space for our group. Guys weekend on bourbon trail with brothers & uncles. This was a comfortable space to rest & enjoy our time together.

Inside was great, but didn't feel safe to sit outside
The house is new construction and everything is new and up to date. We enjoyed the inside of the house. We had hoped to sit outside in the fenced backyard and enjoy some time outside, but shortly after dark we kept hearing drunk people raising a raucous and felt unsafe outside. We moved inside and enjoyed the rest of the evening inside.

Great spot
This house is amazing. Walking distance to NULU and Main and Market Street. Outside area is great. Would recommend and would come back tomorrow if I could. If you are looking for the prefect place to spend a couple of days in Louisville this is the place

This was a large property, plenty of room. Drawbacks are parking on the street (rear parking spots are not easily accessible), 1 tv in the whole house, sketchy neighborhood/staring neighbors, and unlocking the front door proved to be very tricky. Positives were plenty of space, big kitchen, and communicative owner.
