Awesome place to stay for the Bourbon Trail
We came with a group of 9 adults to do the Bourbon Trail. The house is awesome and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Location and cleanliness made this a perfect stay for our group. Beds were a bit uncomfortable but that's the only thing I could think of that could be improved. Overall a perfect place to stay for our needs.

The condo was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. The roof top patio was perfect to gather at the end of our days. Location was great to walk to restaurants. Would gladly stay there again.

The pictures might honestly undersell this place! The property itself is awesome with great room setups and awesome common area spaces to hang out. It’s close to a lot of good restaurants and cool places to check out and Eric is super responsive and accommodating.

Excellent location
Came for a bachelor party to see some of the bourbon trail, and this listing made for a great home base. Max 20 min walk to all the Louisville distilleries, and close to the highways for easy travel to out of town stuff. Realtively quiet neighborhood for our weekend, but close enough to nightlife to be a good thing. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely Louisville Vacay
The home is just as listed—beautiful remodel of historic building, spacious, clean and very well appointed! Location was ideal for walking downtown Louisville and close in proximity to several desirable distilleries and eateries! There were seven of us in the group and all persons agree, that we couldn’t have found better accommodations!

Bachelorette Party Stay
We stayed here for a bachelorette party and had a great experience. The host was quick to reply for any questions we had. We felts very safe in the area being a group of 10 girls. The place is beautiful and looks exactly like it does online.

The loft is beautiful and in a great location. We had a big group for a bourbon tour weekend. My only nit would be that some of the bedrooms were cool and some too hot. It's difficult to regulate the temperature in these older lofts. I would go back!

Everything was great and as described in the listing. Eric was very helpful at the check-in process. He filled up a propane tank and got us more key fobs so we could all get into the property easier.

Great Spot!
Booked this location for a bachelor party and cannot say how much we all liked it. One of the best places we all have stayed. We spent a lot of time on the private rooftop and enjoyed cooking out the first night we were there. It is also right in the mix for anywhere you want to walk or scooter to. Parking is also a breeze. The property manager was very easy to get a hold of and very responsive. This is a great spot and you and your guests will love it!

Guy’s weekend
We had a group of college friends who got together for a guy’s weekend. This was a great spot - very clean, and the property was exactly as shown in the photos. Great kitchen, 3 separate tv/sitting areas, and the bedroom setup allows for everyone to have their own space and bathrooms. Walking distance to several bourbon stops, bars and local attractions. Would definitely stay again. Host was very responsive to all questions and helpful.

Wonderful stay in Louisville
This property was the perfect place for my family to get together in Louisville. It’s spacious and has everything you need. Beautiful and well maintained! It’s also walking distance to many fun things downtown. We enjoyed the Louisville Slugger Museum, 4th street live, NULU neighborhood shops & restaurants and the Evan Williams Bourbon experience. It’s also a short drive to Churchill Downs. The property manager was easily accessible and very helpful!
