We spend a lot of time in Louisville and love the city's food, KY bourbon and all local KY experiences. The house is a perfect location to use uber to go out to many of these places.

Please inquire about distance to intended destinations. We want to make sure this is the best location for you or if another one of our properties would fit your needs.

Comfortable getaway
This property was very comfortable, well furnished and gave us the ability to gather together or have our separate peace and quiet. It was very well located for the things we wanted to do, in a very nice neighborhood. The hot tub was a nice addition to the amenities. We really enjoyed our stay at this property!

Wonderful place!
Beautiful, nicely decorated, extremely clean. Liked the fact that there were ceiling fans and TV's in all of the bedrooms. Nice touch with the shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms. We loved staying here and would highly recommend!

Wonderful visit, gorgeous neighborhood, close to many restaurants and stores
We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. But not more than minutes away from all kinds of stores and restaurants. Whole Foods is a 2 minute drive. Lovely kitchen and very nice bedrooms and bathrooms. We hope to stay here again!

This was the perfect home for 6 adults who came into town for an event. The house is spotless, extremely comfortable. The location is perfect for restaurants, shops etc... Would highly recommend this house and would stay again in an instant. Thank you so much for a very enjoyable stay.

Best place to create memories
We have stayed twice at this adorable home. Its perfect for couples, friends, family etc. The house is nicely equipped to suit all your needs for morning breakfasts together, evening meals, dips in the hot tub, or playing cards around the dining room table. And to top it off...comfy clean places to lay your head after bourbon trail adventures. The hosts are very communicative, the house is immaculate and we cant wait to come back to make more memories.

Perfect location for our needs
We had a great time staying at this lovely house. It was located close to everything we needed. We came to Kentucky on a whim for Spring Break to keep the kids entertained. We visited Mammoth Cave, Indiana Caverns, Purrfect Day Cat Cafe, the Louisville Zoo and more which were all a breeze to get to from this location. House was clean, had everything we needed, comfortable beds and beautiful interior. Host was very kind and easy to communicate with. Thanks again!

Perfect place for a family!
Each bedroom has its own bathroom! And we loved having the two living rooms, so we could spread out. Thank you to the property managers. I was traveling with my three month old and they had a pack and play we could use. It made me travel a little lighter. Great location.

Good sheets and towels, house was as pictured. Good tv. Quiet neighborhood, walked to a nice restaurant about 20 mins away. Asked to put our luggage in garage before check in but was told no. So no place to hold luggage was an inconvenience. But at least the correspondent was quick. Wanting us to sign another contract was inconvenient day before check in as we were traveling wasn’t appreciated.

Clean Property
The Property is located 15 minutes from every where. I have stayed at other rental properties and this property is being kept up nicely. The only thing I would say is that the front of the houses' landscaping does not patch the inside of this house.

Lovely Louisville Home
This property is a wonderful vacation home. It is delightfully, and very comfortably, furnished. Every area of the house is well, and appropriately, stocked with all items needed to have a stress free stay. Our family spent Thanksgiving in the home and had everything needed in the beautiful kitchen to prepare our meals. Also, with two separate dining and living areas, you can separate into groups for differing activities or discussions. The house is in a perfect location for easy access to interstates, shopping, dining and entertainment in an enchanting area of the community, which was especially lovely in Autumn. This will definitely be our lodging for any time we will be in the Louisville area in the future.

Great location and comfortable stay!
The place was roomy. The whole place was clean and more importantly the mattresses and pillows were comfortable. We could get to anywhere we desired to go within 20 minutes or less. There was lots of shopping and restaurants close by. There six adults on this trip and we all loved it! Thanks for a great experience!!!

Weekend family get together
My son recently moved to Louisville, and my husband and I drove my parents up to see a concert and to check out the town. We each had our own king size bed and bath and there was even a room with a bed and bath for my daughter. My parents have some mobility issues so they were thrilled with the walk in shower and the sturdy handrail with only two steps to get into the house. The kitchen is nicely equipped and we were able to make a family dinner. The front living room was a sunny place to enjoy coffee in the morning, and the house is convenient to everything. Lovely stay!

Great Location for a Weekend Visit
The house was a perfect fit for our group of friends in town for a wedding. The location was easily accessible and close to everything we needed, yet in a quiet neighborhood. As a group of 6 there was ample room and we appreciated the comfortable beds and extra living space. Host provided timely communication and the binder at the house was helpful. Our only regret was not having time to use the hot tub. We will have to make time on our next visit!

Fantastic location & comfortable
So glad we found this place! We needed a place for our girls reunion and this place fit the bill! Great location, clean, comfortable, well stocked. The beds were amazing, porch perfect for morning coffee! The host was great.
