"This is a wonderful old house close to downtown that has clearly been restored with love. Impeccably clean, comfortable and the kitchen was easy to cook in. Communication was great with Amber and she was most helpful in meeting an unexpected need. I would highly recommend staying here and I hope to again someday. "

"This property was perfectly quaint! The neighborhood was quiet and quite safe feeling. The house was perfectly located right next to the highway; we could get to Hull and Quincy in just a few minutes! The kitchen was stocked with the appliances we needed in the morning for coffee and breakfast "

"Our family had the best time staying in the Yellow Rose! We loved the restored character and mansion feel. There's room for everyone, 2 pianos, lots of board games, a Wii, and a projector for movies. The kitchen was fitted with modern appliances and the tankless water heater means we never ran out of hot water. Comfortable beds too. The game room upstairs was our favorite spot. "The house was older as expected in Pleasant Hill. Very quiet neighborhood and ample space. Stayed three nights everything was as expected. Owners were awesome and responsive. We have booked for two more stays in the fall. Everything is close for groceries. "

"We used Hannibal as a halfway meeting point with friends to hang out, visit, and have fun. The only drawback is one small bathroom to shower. Otherwise, all was GREAT. We knew about the bathroom before we booked soooo...."
