"The property was absolutely perfect for our needs. Lots of first class bedrooms and ensuites. large clean kitchen and dining table made entertaining easy. Bar area was great too. Classy restaurant next door serves excellent food and the wine list is brilliant."

"Fantastic stay. I was celebrating with 13 other friends. The house was perfect for us, lovely hot tub and games area, kitchen facilities were well maintained with plenty of fridge space. The rooms were very clean on arrival and just as expected. Geert was very accomodating. Taxis for all of us into Ghent would have been €240 however a 30 min walk to the loc train station saved us a lot of money. "

"Het verblijf heeft veel gebreken. Ondanks dat men snel per mail of telefoon reageerde kwamen er geen concrete acties om de vele gebreken aan de woning op te lossen. Men heeft alleen zaken aangehoord en geregistreerd, maar niets opgelost!"

"Very interesting cottage with all the facilities we needed and a beautiful garden. Everyone slept well. The upstairs was very quirky and we loved that it had slopey floors. It was a great base for visiting the area. Ronse is a lovely town too. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We felt very welcome!! We would stay again! "

"I enjoyed very much my stay in Henk's guesthouse in Zulte. The unit is clean, quiet, and comfortable, and very nicely located. Shopping and other amenities are nearby, as is access to the heartland of flandrian cycling. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse."

"Wow, if you are looking for a property for a group of cyclists to explore the cycling playground on your doorstep look no further. Every facilities you could ever need for a cyclist, luxury accommodation and excellent hosts. Fantastic character property, grounds and facilities. Felt like cycling kings."

"I organised a trip to the ‘mansion, as we named it, for my 50th birthday. Friends and family came from near and far and we had the most amazing time. The house has something for all ages and is in the most wonderful location for great food and beautiful walks at the doorstep. Ann was a fabulous host and met us at the property to talk through the house and all of its many conveniences and technologies. We had a magical time. Thank you so much."

"We had a great stay in the house. It’s a very peaceful location surrounded by beautiful countryside. The house has two ‘fields’ for gardens at the rear with a mown lawn area near to the house with a patio area allowing you to sit outside for meals. The house is well furnished and well sized for a family. A short drive away are supermarkets a fantastic bakery and several restaurants. "We were a large family group renting the property for a week for a reunion. Beautiful, high-design property - tip top shape. Everyone enjoyed the pool, sauna and playground. Adults stayed in the main house and teenagers/young adults in the pool house. Lots of different spaces to gather and also escape for some quiet time. Some wonderful restaurants nearby."
