Wonderful home with dock on Tellico Lake

We would love to share the Dock Holiday House on beautiful Tellico Lake in Loudon, TN with those interested in a comfortable get-a-way. Located in Tellico Village, the lake house is about 30 minutes from Maryville and 40 minutes from Knoxville. Tellico Village offers many ways to entertain, from live music on Friday evenings at the Yacht Club, three world class golf courses to work out facilities complete at nearby Recreation and Wellness centers.

Lenoir City, which is 12 miles away, has additional restaurants and shopping. Calhoun's on the River is about 15 minutes up the lake. The quaint town of Loudon, with its antique shops and 'mom/pop' diner is 5 miles away.

Dock Holiday House offers a beautiful wooded view, with a deep water dock on a quiet cove. The house has four bedrooms and three full baths. Upstairs is a great room with fireplace, kitchen with double oven, breakfast nook, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, dining table, and screened porch that will make you feel as if you're in a tree house. Downstairs has a media room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, a game room with ping pong table, an outdoor porch with lovely views of the lake and a grill. In addition to four bedrooms that sleep two each. There is also a futon in the ping pong room. Bedding, towels etc. are provided.

A walk down the stairs will take you to the private dock with access to tie off your boat. Boat and kayak rentals are available at various locations around the lake. The location is close to great hiking trails, is 58 miles to Pigeon Forge and 67 miles to Gatlinburg.

Dock Holiday House has WiFi, NetFlix, and cable.

It is a great location for a quiet get-a-way for two, but also easily accommodates larger groups and works well as a gathering place for family and friends.

Great house gir golf trip to Telico
We enjoyed our stay at the house on Oonoga. Perfect setup for guys golf trip. Cooked breakfast in morning before golf and relaxed in evening watching football. Very clean and well furnished.

This property was ideal for our 35th annual men’s golf trip. Property was clean, in good condition, and had all the amenities we needed. Very comfortable with plenty of space to visit. Sleeping arrangements were very adequate with plenty of linens and bath towels. Great property! Thanks for letting us stay we had a great reunion.

Wonderful vacation
Beautiful house, right on the lake. Plenty of space for 6 adults and one 3 year old. Wonderful porch looking over the lake. We caught fish from the dock. The house was nicer than described. Well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels and games. Tellico lake is huge, we rented a pontoon boat for sightseeing.

Water was perfect!
This was our second year in a row here and it was another relaxing week. We swam for hours and were able to fish right off the dock. My son and I caught several sun fish and 2 catfish that were over 18 inches. Our last day there, my son wanted to see how many small fish he could catch and we lost count after about a dozen. The house was clean and comfortable and the owners were very accommadating.

Fabulous "Lake" House Experience!!!
The house really felt like home... it was absolutely perfect! We actually kept our boat at the dock and it made for a very enjoyable and relaxing time in between taking the boat out, being able to come back to the house to rest and hanging out in floats and chairs at the dock. The most incredible part of the house was the upstairs screened in deck....the views were amazing, morning and night - we loved spending time just soaking up the beautiful scenery. Our family of 12 had a blast (ages 3 to 76...and everything in between) and we are already talking about renting this same house again in the near future. We highly recommend this to anyone looking to get away and enjoy the Little TN River with all the luxuries of home!!

Great Lake house
Everything went perfectly. We had one small issue, but the owners were quick to respond and was handled right away. I loved the layout of the house with 2 bedrooms on main level and the other 2 on lower level. We had all ages from 18 months to 73 years old. The lake house was perfect for everyone. It was great to be able to have our boat and jetski right there ready to use at any moment. The kids really enjoyed jumping off the dock with floats when the grown ups didn’t want to go out in the boat. The home was clean and had just about everything you needed. I would recommend for anyone. Great hosts. Great location.

Old carpet, doors not flush, furniture had tape covering holes, lots of stuff needs thrown away and or replaced, all appliances outdated and dryer sounds like a freight train. Definitely over priced for the condition of the property.

Beautiful home
The home was very nice albeit a bit neglected and needed some updating. Kitchen was not as clean and organized as I had hoped. I found used pans in cabinets inadequately cleaned, cabinets were unorganized with lots of out dated food items. Rug in kitchen was filthy. I spent a couple of hours the first day making sure everything was as clean as I like. The positives outweighed the negatives. Beautiful lake with very little lake noise, screened in back porch with great view of the lake.

The house suited our needs and was very spacious. It is not suited for trailers if you're hauling motorcycles but we adjusted to that. The house would be ideal for a family getaway or bachelor/Bachelorette party with the 4 BR and 3 bathrooms plus a game room. I would probably take inventory of kitchen items and have basics, i.e., paper products, trash bags, dish soap, bath soap in every bathroom plus toilet paper. When flying in and renting, that is stuff you're not able to bring with. Fortunately, we brought it all because we drove. Overall, we enjoyed the house and worked for us. Thank you!

Great Place for an Easter Family Reunion
“What a view”. “This place is awesome”. Those were the first words out of my family members. The pictures do not do it justice. We really enjoyed this place. It was centrally located. We had family and friends coming from California, New York, Arkansas as well as locally from Knoxville and Georgetown. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The kids really enjoyed fishing off the dock. Great neighborhood. We enjoyed walking in the evenings. We enjoyed spending time in the enclosed porch that overlooked the lake and had fun playing the board game that was on the table! There was a ping pong table, but we did not partake. The owners were very helpful about providing links for boat rentals. Unfortunately, the lake level was too low at the time and we were not allowed to rent. Overall, great place and we would love to spend time here again.

Needs work 2 1/2 stars
The house had a nice layout and easy to get around. A few things that need to be addressed are the carpet was extremely dirty and we had little ones running around. The bedrooms stated there were 2 queen beds, they were doubles and 1 king in the master and the mattresses need replaced. The downstairs patio, couldn't even be used, it was so dirty it needed to be power washed, that just sweeping and cleaning furniture wouldn't have touch the dirt. The dock was very nice and where the house was located was easy access to put your boat in. I would recommend if these things were fixed. It could be a great rental!!!!

Perfect Family Vacation
We loved our stay in this wonderful, peaceful lakefront home! The communication with Stacy and Jim was great and checking in was a breeze. The views from the porch and dock are calm and relaxing, just what we needed. The home was clean, comfortable, welcoming and stocked with everything we could possibly require. Grocery stores are close by and the airport was only 40-45 minutes away. Locally, Thai Bistro and Monkey Town Brewing were delicious with MTB having a nice selection of local brews or try a sample flight. Knoxville is a lively city with a great selection of restaurants, bars, live music, stores and just a 45 minute drive. We also spent a fun day in Gatlinburg; so much to do there. As we wanted to rent a pontoon boat for the week, it was recommended by Stacy and Jim to give Tellico Lake Boat Rentals a call. Christine and Bob were pleasant and provided great service. Our boat was delivered right to our lakefront dock by with pickup at the end of the week. The whole process was easy and convenient. Overall, it was the perfect family vacation on a beautiful lake. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a wonderful way to spend time with family and friends! Thank you Stacy and Jim!!
