Family time
The house handled four adult couples a solo traveler and child well. The house was clean and a beautiful setting. We used the hot tub, pool table, dishes on the dock, and cooked. Will definitely go back. The double bedroom would be perfect if the beds were queens. Other than that it was everything was on point. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Wonderful weekend
We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice, well stocked and has a beautiful view of the lake. And the host was welcoming as well as quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful time
Check in and check out was so easy! We were in town for a wedding so we didn’t get to use the house as much as we would have liked, but it was a super nice place to spend the weekend!

Spring break
Spent almost a week at the lake house and it was amazing. The house has everything you could possibly need and then some. We had 3 adults and a 1 1/2 year old and the layout of the house, the amenities, the location, the view and the house itself was exceptional. I highly recommend this rental. You will be glad you stayed here.

The house was beautiful - the location and views were amazing and the space in the house was great for a group of people. Not only was the house perfect for our group, working with Rose was wonderful. She was communicative and accommodating and made us feel very welcomed. I would definitely book this house again!

We enjoyed the lake house! Everything is well thought out. Loved the hot tub, outdoor heater, and the entire home. We would definitely go here for a summer vacation. Definitely recommend. Plenty of room!! Close to restaurants, shopping etc.

Rose’s house was the perfect home away from home. Well-stocked, super clean, great location, beautiful views… and there’s no steep driveway to stress over! Rose was uber responsive and a great host! Highly recommend a stay at her place!

Great Property, Great Host!
Perfect lake vacation. Great location. Beautiful house. Boat rides to Mudpuppy and Dockside Grill to eat on the water are the best. Maybe the most responsive host we've ever dealt with, even though we didn't really need anything, she was quick to respond to any of my questions. She might even be the reason our weather was perfect while we were there, who knows! Can't say enough good things about this trip!

Christmas Miracle
This was the first time we had all 6 of our kids and grandbabies under one roof. It has been almost 9 years since all of our kids were under the same roof. The memories that were made will be cherished and talked about for a lifetime.

New Year’s Eve
My husband, 3 college-aged children, my parents, my brother and his wife, and I spent 2 pleasurable nights in this beautiful lakehouse. We enjoyed the view and all the amenities the property had to offer. My children enjoyed the pool table and fishing from the dock. If the weather had been a bit warmer, we would have had a blast in the kayaks. The serenity of the lake called to us despite the cold. I can’t think of a better place to have spent our New Year! We were even treated to a mini fireworks display across the lake! I hope a future trip to TN finds us in the area so we can return for a longer stay to more fully enjoy all the property has to offer.

Wonderful lakeside home
We loved our stay at this amazing lake house in Tellico Village. When we arrived, we knew we had found a slice of paradise. The lake views are just amazing, and the house was very clean, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Some of our favorite features were eating on the screened in porch, cooking on the gas grill looking directly at the lake (grilling utensils included!), relaxing in the hot tub, and dazing out at the glistening water. We didn’t use the kayaks or rent a boat but maybe next time around! We really appreciated that Rose provided detailed pre-arrival instructions and helpful labels throughout the house so that we knew where everything was and how everything worked. The house was very well-stocked and had everything we could possibly need for a fun vacation while feeling right at home. The tvs and appliances all worked great. All in all, we had a fabulous week and highly recommend!

Perfect Peaceful Getaway
We had such a great time in Tellico Village. The house is amazing. Beautifully decorated and has pretty much anything that is needed for the stay. Ample supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags, etc. they literally thought of everything, but makes for a very easy and no-stress vacation. The house was very well maintained and clean. I loved that everything is labeled and outlined. Plenty of games to play, tvs all worked great. The outdoor space is so enjoyable. The screened in porch is another huge bonus. The hot tub was a big hit too. We had many conversations with my teen boys in the hot tub. The view of the lake is stunning. The lake is calm and peaceful. The use of the kayaks was a huge bonus too. We enjoyed some time checking out the lake and exploring in the quiet of the morning. All communications were exceptional. Detailed information is provided and the hosts stayed in communication with us. All around, it was a perfect week away with my family. The house, location, amenities and hosts far exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend!
