"Room was very good. Spacious and with good facilities. Unfortunately breakfast is started late at 8 a. m and as we are travelling an earlier start at 7.30a.m would be better as the service was very slow. We arrived at 8 and did not get a hot drink until 8.20! No croissant or fresh pastry just a bun in a packet to accompany the bread and ham/cheese.. A little disappointing. "I stayed in early June ( out of season in the area) the hotel was in effect closed, no staff there ( just someone who came to check us in ) so no bar or food. No option for breakfast. I think we were to only two staying there. It was a one night stay (thankfully) and in the morning we had no Hot Water, just packed and left as no staff around. I understand owners and staff want holidays in the off season but then they should just have closed the hotel for a few weeks. Only positive point was safe...

"This lovely little hotel/b&b in the heart of the Pyrenees was a perfect base for our 5 days cycling. Right in the heart of the village of Les, you’re close to the local shops, bars and restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful. The only issue was that the more famous French mountain passes are a distance away (eg 30 mins to start of Superbagneres, 90 to Tourmalet) Es Neres is tastefully decorated, clean and tidy.
