With a very comfortable and elegant interior, this holiday home in Loubigné offers the well -deserved holiday that you are waiting for. The holiday home is ideal for a family or a few friends. Visit the nearby restaurants and be pampered by the excellent chefs. Nice places such as Chef-Boutonne, Aubigné and Melleran are certainly worth a visit. The region is ideal for long walking tours through the attractive landscape. Enjoy the snug space around the swimming pool, the lounge space and the authentic pizza oven. The well -equipped kitchen offers you the opportunity to prepare your favorite meals and the terrace is the ideal place for a relaxed end of a successful holiday day.

Wonderful

Such a great house! Will definitely return when the pool is open! As described, very spacious, lots of outside space including pizza oven and bbq. Lots of covered outdoor space for all weathers. Gates close so perfect for dogs. Restaurants/bars/supermarkets only 5 minute drive. So peaceful and quiet and typically French 😊

This house is a great house! Lots of space. Great for the evening with the wood burner going. Beds super comfortable. A home from home with a holiday feel. Everything was there that you could need including a lovely welcome pack/bowl. Great location as only a five minute drive to a bar/restaurants and supermarkets. We will definitely be back when the pool is open. So much outdoor space, including pizza oven and bbq. Indoor outdoor space for all weather. Nadia was very attentive when we arrived. A very warm welcome. One very happy family here ☺️

Das Interieur war wirklich elegant und ließ uns wie zu Hause fühlen, Ich liebte es, in der Küche zu kochen, sie hatte alles, was wir brauchten, Der private Pool war ein Highlight für uns, wir verbrachten Stunden nur mit Entspannen, Auch die nahegelegenen Restaurants waren ein netter Zusatz, unbedingt das in Chef-Boutonne ausprobieren - das Essen war fantastisch! Der einzige Nachteil war, dass das WLAN manchmal unzuverlässig sein konnte, aber ehrlich gesagt, wer kümmert sich darum, wenn man am Pool entspannt? Würde auf jeden Fall zurückkommen!

Het was een fantastisch verblijf. Een echt Franse boerderij, met voldoende ruimte voor 2 volwassenen en 4 kinderen. De foto's op basis waarvan wij het huisje hebben gekozen komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. In het echt is het huis ruimer. Dat was een verrassing voor ons. Een heerlijk zwembad erbij. Helaas was het weer niet zo lekker dat ze er elke dag in hebben kunnen zwemmen. Ook zalige ligbedden naast het zwembad. We hadden alleen de uitdaging dat we geen warm water in de douche hadden in de avond, maar ons meer dan vriendelijke contactpersoon Nadine had dit snel opgelost. Er is ook veel buitenruimte, met een heerlijk overdekte zitplaats waar je 's avonds heerlijk kan zitten. Wij hebben van het huis genoten!

Wij zijn zeer tevreden over ons verblijf, een héél mooi gerenoveerd huis, met heel veel ruimte zowel binnen als buiten. Zéér rustig gelegen, ideaal voor mensen die tot rust willen komen. De kinderen hebben genoten van het zwembad. De eigenaars en de beheerder van het huis waren vriendelijk, altijd bereikbaar en stonden dadelijk paraat om eventuele probleempjes op te lossen. Een absolute aanrader!

Wunderschönes, schönes, geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtetes Haus. Geeignet für 6 Personen. Allerdings kann es im Badezimmer etwas eng werden. Das Haus liegt ca. 4 km von einem gut sortierten Supermarkt entfernt. Aus touristischer Sicht ist dies ein weniger interessantes Gebiet. Seien Sie also grundsätzlich beruhigt. Der Pool ist an heißen Tagen schön. Der einzige Nachteil ist die große Menge an Fliegen im und um das Haus, die die Zeit draußen weniger angenehm macht. Vielleicht „Lounge-Vorhänge“ für die Außensitzbereiche? Genießen Sie das Beste von uns.

Conforme à nos attentes

Tout d’abord accueil très chaleureux de la part de Nadia, responsable du bien. Maison très agréable à vivre, spacieuse, en conformité avec les photos sur le site, fraîche en cas de chaleur. Tout l’équipement y est pour passer un agréable séjour au calme, certes avec quelques insectes mais c’est la campagne après tout. Une touche d’attention inhabituelle les produits d’entretien jusqu’à la fourniture du gel douche au cas où on l’aurait oublié ! Et le must un assortiment apéritif et un vin rosé pour un 1er apéritif ! Une adresse de plus à conserver pour y revenir

Zeer mooie locatie en vooral een topper voor mensen die absolute rust wensen. Het dorpje is zeer rustig en heeft ook geen winkels of dergelijke maar op 3km heb je alles voorhanden. Het huisje zelf is zeer mooi gerestaureerd en is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt (en meer). Super lieve eigenaars evenals de dame die instaat voor het onderhoud en de praktische zaken. In de zomer hou je er wel best rekening mee dat er zeer veel insecten zijn in de buurt. Je bent daar immers midden tussen akkers wat dus onvermijdelijk is. Gelukkig is daar binnen niets van de merken. Het pand is ook steeds aangenaam koel. Doen!
