In the heart of the Côte de Granit Rose in the Côtes d'Armor in Brittany, modern comfortable house on a 1000 m2 enclosed garden facing the sea, offering a large living room with sofas, TV, wi-fi and fireplace, fitted kitchen, an upstairs games room, 4 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor), one of which has 2 beds (1 double and 1 single) + 1 cot, a bathroom (ground floor) and a bathroom, 2 toilets. The house is located in the district of Kernu Louannec 22700 Perros-Guirec


The unavoidable :

1/ Go down to the port in the morning to buy fish and shellfish at the hall. Go in the afternoon to Trestraou beach and take the boat to the 7 islands and discover the birds or take the coastal footpath in the pink granite rocks to Ploumanach. Go inside and enjoy a crepe with "Blés Noirs" or an ice cream next to the beach.

2/ Go along the coast from Tréguier to Beg Leguer and discover characterful landscapes. Stop at the chasm and the house between the rocks at Plougrescant.

3/ Go along the Saint-Michel coast to Morlaix and go see the martyrdoms of Saint-Thegonnec and Guimilliau, continue towards Huelgoat and go back to Guingamp town center before returning home.

4/ A little further, discover the tip of Brittany and Europe: Crozon, Sizun, Le Guilvinec, ...

beauty at its best
the location, nearby the port and the beautiful people at The Docklands made for an awesome stay - if you like you’re walking, the rose coast is a sensational place but also Perros Guirrec has charm in all places, the people, bars and restaurants are seconds to none compared to neighbouring parts of France and everyone truly wants you to have a good time and are friendly and helpful! We miss you already! The house itself was well laid out for families or couples and the view is quite spectacular, the owner himself is a nice bloke and the manager is super friendly too although you may need to know your french or be a whizz at translatable apps! worth noting the pin is not the location - which is Homeaway’s issue - look at the description from the owner for the true location! Thank you!

Ein sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage, sonnig und windig mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Wunderschöne Gegend mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Es fehlte nur eine Beschreibung zur Bedienung des Fernsehers. Das war nur etwas für Spezialisten, den wir aber dabeihatten.

Maison harmonieuse et accueillante, bien équipée même si, en l’absence de l’instrument ad hoc, il m’a fallu interrompre mon régime de carottes râpées, seul moyen trouvé pour limiter les égarements d’un cerveau usé par les ans. La télévision annonçant « erreur video origine inconnue », j’ai procédé comme sur mon Mac: si problème de disque, cliquer « SOS » pour déclencher « analyser-réparer le disque »; alors j’ai pavlové la première touche SOS venue, déclenchant une alerte pour de vrai qui me laisse confus et disqualifié pour suggérer une solution… Que le propriétaire me pardonne.

la maison est grande et très bien située mais l'entretien global de la maison reste à revoir. et nous n'avons jamais été contacté par le prestataire de services sauf par mail alors que nous avons eu quelques difficultés lors de notre arrivée

Très bel emplacement de cette villa avec une vue imprenable
Villa très bien équipée rien ne manque, literie extra, mobilier de jardin conséquent, équipement prévu pour le nombre de personne sans problème, seul bémol je pense que les personnes qui se chargent du ménage ne sont pas au top et je pense que le propriétaire paie du nettoyage qui laisse vraiment à désirer.

Wir waren fünf erwachsene Personen und haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Zwei Bäder waren ideal! Alles für die Küche war vorhanden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vom Haus aus haben wir einige Radtouren gemacht. Zu den zahlreichen Restaurants am Hafen kommt man zu Fuß prima hin.

Außen hui,innen eher nicht!
Das Ferienhaus bietet einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer,liegt relativ nah zu Restaurants und Geschäften und ist sehr geräumig. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Leider war das Haus nicht gut gereinigt,vor allem die Küche war in keinem sauberen Zustand.Der Blick von innen auf das Meer war getrübt, da die Fenster vor unserer Ankunft nicht geputzt worden waren.

Haus mit schönem Garten und Ausblick
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Bretagne. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und man hat von der Terrasse wie aus dem Wohnzimmer einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Der Garten war sehr vorteilhaft. Man konnte zu jeder Tageszeit einen Schatten oder Sonnenplatz finden. Zu Fuß kann man die Hafenregion erreichen ,wo es einige Restaurants gibt. Die Lage ist günstig um einige Ausflüge in der Umgebung oder Wanderungen zu machen. Das Haus ist im Innenbereich etwas in die Jahre gekommen,aber für uns völlig in Ordnung.

Le plus de cette maison est la vue sur mer , le salon et la cuisine sont spacieux . Les chambres sont agréables avec un bémol concernant un volet manquant dans la chambre où il y avait deux lits , laissant passer la lumière du jour .

Tres bien pour les vacances
Gite bien situé, avec un grand terrain clos , pratique pour les enfants et le chien. Literie confortable. Le chauffage suffisant ( en février). Mobilier, appareils menagers sont corrects. En cas de problème, Le propriétaire répond aux messages. La personne qui accueille aussi. Une bouteille de cidre nous attendait sur la table. Merci ! On a passé une très bonne semaine, on garde l'adresse.

Maison vue sur mer et port
Maison avec belle vue sur la mer et le port. Possibilité de partir de la maison à pied pour aller chercher le pain, restaurant etc. Le jardin avec des grandes haies et sa terrasse sont un plus, idem pour le salon à l'étage vu sur la mer et son balcon. Et arrivée avec cidres et crêpes sur la table. Petits bémols, le portail qui ne ferme pas correctement et la maison a besoin de rafraichissement (peinture qui s'écaille, certaines prises électriques qui ne tiennent plus, simple vitrage en bas).

Tolles Feriendomizil mit wundervollem Meerblick
Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Le Bihan war die ganze Zeit sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Draußen konnten wir in verschiedenen Sitzecken den tollen Blick aufs Meer genießen. Es ist ein Vorteil, dass man die Autos auf dem Grundstück parken und das Tor schließen kann. So konnten die Kinder und der Hund gefahrlos im Garten spielen. Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons été bien accueillis lors de notre arrivée. Une bouteille de cidre et des crêpes nous attendaient au frigo. La villa est très bien située, vue sur mer, proche des commerces, facile d’acces. Le confort général est plus que correct. Très bonne literie, électroménagers récents, espace suffisant pour l’ensemble des occupants. Seul bémol, un rafraîchissement intérieur serait le bienvenu (peintures, papiers peints...)

Belle maison avec vue sur mer. Bien située. Agréable et spacieuse. Accueil parfait. Location plutôt adaptée au printemps ou été car difficile à chauffer en cette saison. Néanmoins nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.
