"Good location with great views of the Haifa Bay area. Parking is convenient but a bit tricky to find at first. Breakfast is rich in options - very good. Staff is very friendly and is customer-focused. Although some renovation has been completed recently, there is more that should be done. "

"This is a really beautiful hotel. The lobby has huge windows looking out on the ocean and it was one of the more picturesque hotel lobbys that I have seen. We had an ocean-facing view on the top floor and the view was breathtaking. The room was lovely and modern and the hotel overall was quite clean. "Beautiful space,very modern, lovely lobby, public spaces and rooms.however most of the staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The front desk staff were fine, however the people at the pool were the most unprofessional hotel staff I have ever encountered. The life guard was either on his phone or walking around. The food staff did not even acknowledge questions in English. Towels were few and far between . Also the pool area was very crowded with small children running around....
