"Great stay. A week of half-board, with a full day of organized activities to choose from every day. Very responsive, friendly and professional staff. We had rented an EV, and the hotel has two 11kW charging stations with dedicated parking space for EVs. One of them was working ok, and charging there was a breeze. "Overall very good accommodation, great location at affordable prices. There is a shared kitchen and fridge where you can store your drinks/food. They also had handy lockers to store luggage after check out. The only downsides are that I wished there was a hairdryer in the room and that all reception staff were up to date with public transport options (I asked one of the ladies and she told me I couldn't pay the fare with my debit card, which turns out you can)."

"We are genuinely puzzled by some very harsh negative reviews. Yes, the hotel could do with some TLC but it needs to be compared to its Canarian competitors in the same price range. And there we find it good value. We again found it clean enough, bedding and towels changed regularly and with plenty to eat, Large rooms with private balconies nearly all with Sea/Pool views. We had a few maintenance issues, all of which were resolved quickly with the longest taking 48 hours. Food included roast...
