Only 20 meters above the sea, in an idyllic, protected bay, the well-maintained apartment is located in the two-party house "La Pardela", at the end of banana plantations in a small urbanization.

Whether you enjoy the sunset on the sound of the sea on your private terrace, relax on the sun loungers in your small garden or unwind while fishing in the bay - here you can forget the time.

The lovingly furnished apartment with private entrance has a living / dining room with large, comfortable sofa bed (2x2 m), free Wi-Fi and satellite TV, a bedroom with double bed (1,40x2m) incl. Sea view, a bathroom with shower cabin and separate corner bath with sea view, a kitchen, equipped with stove, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, a terrace with cozy garden furniture, a small garden with two sun loungers.
Free parking is available in front of the house.

Surroundings and leisure activities:
In the neighboring bay, just five minutes away, lies the large sandy beach "El Socorro". From the terrace of the small restaurant there you can not only watch the surfers, but sometimes also paragliders who land there.
On the doorstep beautiful coastal walks begin as far as Puerto de la Cruz or across banana plantations to the mountains.
If you want to stroll and shop, you can reach Puerto de la Cruz, the largest holiday resort in the north of the island, or the romantic old town of La Orotava in just ten minutes.
Enterprising people will find all kinds of sports and leisure activities within 30 minutes. We will gladly give you further information on site.

Simply Beautiful
We had a wonderful week at the villa. What a view, we fell asleep and woke up to the tranquil sounds of the sea. The description and pictures of the villa are accurate. There are excellent sand beaches very near to the property so do some exploring if you have the time. Monika was the best! You couldn't ask for a better host. She provided several useful suggestions and tips. We were able to explore the island from this homebase, but we did rent a car. We flew into the southern airport which is just over an hours drive. In hindsight, we probably should have flown into the northern airport which was much closer. I would highly recommend a stay at this property. We hope someday to return see more of beautiful Tenerife!

Herrlich - das Leben über dem Meer!
Die weisse Gischt der Dünung, wenn sie gegen die Felsenküste läuft, ist ein lebendiges Schauspiel. Und - das natürliche Meeresrauschen stört keinesfalls einen erholsamen, tiefen Schlaf, so haben wir es empfunden. Auch die Aussicht auf den neben dem Haus verlaufenden bizarren Taleinschnitt hinunter zum Meer ergänzt das eindrückliche Panorama. Die Zufahrt zum Haus durch Bananenplantagen stimmt auf die Abgeschiedenheit ein. Dennoch sind es nur kurze Distanzen zu den Versorgungsläden, Restaurants und auch nach Puerto de La Cruz. Das Haus ist geräumig und bietet ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen. Die Vermieterin hat uns herzlich empfangen und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Appartement impeccable avec une incroyable vue sans aucun vis à vis. Emplacement dans un quartier résidentiel très calme et bien situé pour explorer les plus beaux coins de l’île. Monika vous accueille avec le sourire et reste disponible pour vous donner des conseils.

Wer Ruhe braucht, wird diesen Ort lieben
Die Wohnung ist sehr idyllisch an der Küste gelegen. Bis 13:00h kann man sich sehr gut in der Wohnung und auf der Terrasse aufhalten. Danach wird es leider zu heiß. Vor 19:00h ist es kaum möglich die Räumlichkeiten zu nutzen. Um abends nochmal auszugehen, muss man sich aufgrund der abgelegenen Lage stark überwinden. Doch bietet die Küche eine gute Ausstattung, dass man sich kulinarisch auch dort bestens versorgen kann. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und entspannt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und jeder Sonnenuntergang war ein absolute Highlight.

Urlaub auf Teneriffa
Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Monika Hahn sehr genossen. Schon bei der Ankunft hatten wir einen sehr herzlichen Empfang und wurden mit einer sehr gut gefüllten Obstschale empfangen. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung im Internet. Die Wohnung liegt einfach Traumhaft am Ende einer Bananenplantage und bietet einen sagenhaften Blick auf das Meer. Auto sollte man aber haben da rund rum nicht‘s ist . Auch wer einen sehr leichten Schlaf hat wird durch das Rauschen des Meeres schlecht Schlafen können. Wir haben es genossen mit dem Rauschen einzuschlafen. Abends sind die Sonnenuntergänge einfach nur Phantastisch. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch mal wiederkommen.

Meeresrauschen
Zwei wunderbare Terrassen liegen an einer Klippe über der tosenden Brandung. Die Räume sind gemütlich eingerichtet, vom Esstisch hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf's Meer. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ruhig und dennoch zentral. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Wunderschöne Aussicht, wilde Natur
Ein wunderschönes Appartement, mitten in der Natur direkt an einem Wanderpfad entlang der Steilküste gelegen mit Zugang zum Meer. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu einer Bananenplantage. Die Umgebung zeigt die wilde Schönheit von Teneriffa. Alles ist vorhanden was man braucht, die Vermieterin spricht deutsch und gibt wertvolle Insidertips. Wer das Meer liebt, wird auch diese Wohnung lieben, Meeresrauschen und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge inklusive. Die individuell gestaltete Einrichtung hat unseren Geschmack voll getroffen, so dass wir uns schnell zu Hause gefühlt haben. Über dem Meer- eine ganz besondere Offerte
Liebevoll und individuell ausgestattet, dabei vieles über ein Normalmaß hinaus. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr behilflich, aber zurückhaltend. Die Lage ist ruhig, man wird selten Menschen sehen oder hören. Das absolut Tolle ist eine große Terrasse mit Garten, alles liegt direkt über dem Meer, das man sehr gut beobachten kann. Wer die Natur und Einsamkeit liebt, ist hier perfekt aufgehoben.

Ein Haus, in dem man sich sehr wohl fühlt.
Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, gemütlich, hat 2 Terrassen mit einem prachtvollem Blick aufs Meer, von dem man sich schwer losreißen kann. Beim Heimkommen wird man an der Eingangstür vom Meeresrauschen empfangen - das ist Urlaub pur! Auch die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und ein gut funktionierendes WLAN (war nötig für Home-Office-Tätigkeiten) haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir den Urlaub sehr genossen haben.

Entspannung pur direkt am Meer
Herrlich Ferienwohnung die ich jedem nur empfehlen kann, ob als Einzelreisender, Paar oder Freunde (Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer). Die Lage ist so traumhaft, dass ich oft tagelang gar nicht das Grundstück verlassen habe - neben dem Balkon stehen dem Gast noch ein kleiner Garten und eine herrliche Gartenterasse zur Verfügung, so dass man viel Platz hat. Zudem hat die direkte Umgebung viel zu Fuss zu bieten, so dass man eigentlich nur zum Einkaufen die Gegend mit dem Auto verlassen muss. Das Meer kann je nach Jahreszeit recht ordentlich toben, was man drinnen auch bei geschlossenem Fenster noch hören kann (falls man empfindlich ist und leichten Schlaf hat). Vermieterin (wohnt im Obergeschoss) ist extrem hilfsbereit und steht dem Gast mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, ist aber auch zurückhaltend so dass man sich oft tagelang nicht sieht wenn man keine Fragen hat. Habe in der Ferienwohnung im Home-Office gearbeitet, was insgesamt gut funktioniert hat - WLAN ausreichend um eine VPN-Verbindung aufzubauen, Zugriff auf Dateien zu haben und E-Mails zu schreiben. Videokonferenzen inkl. Presentationen kann man gut verfolgen, allerdings reicht die Verbindung nicht aus um selbst die Kamera ohne Qualitätsverlust einzuschalten. Ton war hingegen exzellent.

Ideale Lage, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Meer und Küste immer im Blick
Wir waren 4 Wochen hier und haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung rundum wohl gefühlt. Wo immer man steht, sitzt oder liegt - den Atlantik und die wilde Steilküste hat man immer im Blick. Die geräumige Wohnung bietet zusammen mit der Glasveranda, der Terrasse und der kleinen Liegewiese viele gemütliche Möglichkeiten fürs Lesen und Ausruhen oder für Kaffeepausen und den abendlichen Aperitif. Als Ausgangspunkt für Wandertouren im Nationalpark - Las Cañadas del Teide, im Teno-Gebirge oder Anaga-Gebirge wegen der zentralen Lage bestens geeignet.
