"Beautiful grounds and the beach right off the pool area is gorgeous. The sand is smooth, lots of wide spaces. Buffet was only okay and a bit pricey. Overall, we liked the facilities, especially for the kids."

"Staff was great, very nice, some nicer than others, but overall a very clean and pleasant stay. Keep in mind that some of the rooms are two twin beds that are put together and not one single queen bed. "

"We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Matosa and would highly recommend to anyone interested. Communication with the owner was great, and the house was well thought out. Kitchen was very well equipped and decor throughout is nice. We know the area very well so we knew where to go etc but for anyone that has not stayed you will need a car. Our only problem was the pool was not heated and the weather was not as warm as it normally is at this time of year so with two small children it was too cold to use most of the time - but this is not anyone’s fault, just the weather’s! A really wonderful stay, best holiday yet for our family, and we would not hesitate to book again in the future."
