"We had some issues with the unit when we arrived but the owner drove from Guadalajara to fix the problem. He moved us to another unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the great service recovery. Nice pool and great rooftop lounging area. Large grocery store nearby. 7 minute walk to beach and 7 to 15 minute walk to many restaurants. A long-time tenant, Robert, was very friendly and helpful during our two-week stay."

"We were very disappointed in the kitchen and tools provided. Also the pool was very cold. The patio furniture was dirty as well as the patio tile. During our stay the only patio table was being painted and that took 3 days at which time we couldn’t use the patio. We stayed for 9 days and were only offered fresh linens and towels on the 7th day. Also no hot water in the kitchen so made it difficult to clean up after coffee and breakfast. I would not recommend this property for an extended stay"

"Our first time to this part of Mexico- the place is perfectly located and easy walk to the beach. Communication with Efren was seamless.It was clean but not overly clean. The bathroom still had hair in the drain. We did check in early so maybe it was rushed. "

"The lobby entrance is very nice along with the reception person who provided info on the property. The Condo was very well decorated and included more amenities than we expected. "This villa was very comfortable and private. We stayed in the lower level which was nice. The a/c in the bedroom works really well and as Floridians we love our a/c. That being said after a couple days we really adjusted to the climate and it’s very comfortable in the main area without air. Open windows and ceiling fans are perfect. They only have the basics for cooking but we eat all our meals out anyway. This villa is in the absolute perfect spot. It’s a couple blocks from the main plaza but...

"I’ve stayed here in 2021, I love Sayulita and this is one of my favorite places to stay. Now they have room service from Sur38 which you get credit for staying there and a discount! Juan and Aaron were super attentive to all my needs. Highly recommend this place. The infinity pool has a beautiful view, and it’s walking distance to EVERYTHING!
