skanky
terrible place. prior guests was their dishes for use or pay an extra $25. Free dogs cost $100! No parking as noted in hotels.com. Street very crowded.. Sofa bed was worn and dirty - afraid to open it! Opened bed and it was skanky we left 25 minutes after arriving and finding this plus more. I have already complained to Hotels.com. They vouch for this airbnb enterprise by listing them on their site. thusHotels.com is responsible for my refund.

The check in instructions need to be clearer. It seems like this is an issue with Orbitz and not the property

The owner was very kind and courteous which was nice as my trip was a stressful one. Since, I believe in giving a fair but honest review I will start with the positives. 1) The owner was very nice 2) The property was lush with plants and very peaceful. The waterfall that flows into the pool drowns out all streets noise, but only during the day. It is turned off at night. 3) Tiki Room - The room I rented was very cute. Adorable actually, with monkey’s and pictures of Hawaii. 4) Everything you could need or want is in the room, frig, hot plate, ironing board, hair dryer, dishes, etc... 5) The pool and waterfall are beautiful 6) The Jacuzzi was clean and very hot! 😊 Cons: 1) There was a terrible mildew smell in the bedroom and bathroom. Most likely a serious leak that should be looked into. 2) The drapes on the sliding doors were very dirty. 3) The bed was way too soft. There was a foam topper on the mattress. 4) The pool could have been heated, personal preference. 5) Not friendly to anyone with a handicap. There are a lot of stairs and gates and a very steep driveway.

Behind a private home. Small and private. 4 units set up like mini homes. Better than a hotel. No crowds. Pool. Spa. BBQ. Fire pit. Kitchens.

Rude and unhelpful owner :-(
Do not trust the photos of this establishment they were taken many years ago and I don’t think they have given the place any maintenance in the following years! My room smelled like a wet dog and when I tried to check in the owner said she had no record of my prepaid booking. After over an hour of calls on my overseas phone she finally let me in and then when I posted a negative review about her being unhelpful at check in she verbally assaulted me and said I was a horrible person. She also said I was cheap and deserved a substation room as I didn’t upgraded to a more expensive room despite the fact I’m a single traveler and had already I paid $120 per night! All in all it’s the kind of place you don’t want to sleep in or even take a shower and when you leave you keep checking that nothing has either bitten you or come with you! All in all a horrible experience...
