great stay!!
We were in town for a rolling loud music festival and we had the best experience. It was clean with good amenities; I would definitely stay again. The location was perfect with lots of fun stuff to do surrounding it.

Filthy stay, unresponsive deceptive host
Bedding wasn’t washed. Hair from previous guests all over the sheets. Shower was gross. Dog hair completely carpeted the couch and floor, so much that we couldn’t even sit on the couch, rendering the TV and living room useless. What’s worse was that when we contacted the host, he ignored the messages and texts. Then we contacted VRBO, who contacted the property manager. When we called minutes after VRBO had, the PM ignored all of our calls, letting the phone ring twice, three times, our four. TLDR: filthy apt, lying host who ignored all correspondence

Great location in Culver west
Near to Marina Del Ray, Venice, Santa Monica etc. which is what we were looking for. Only around a 7/8 minute drive from the beach front and the neighbourhood is quiet. There is plenty of space for a family of four. The apartment however lacks basic amenities such as utensils in the kitchen and the shower/bath were filthy. The lighting is also quite poor and the property is badly lit. The walls are paper thin and we could hear every conversation of our surrounding neighbours at 2am. The location is good and parking was included, not bad for the price but my one recommendation would be to put a safe in to hold valuables.

The apt was exactly as represented. Communication prior to arrival was great. Sparsely but nicely furnished with adequate towels and sheets. Very clean. Yes, you can hear noise from other apts, but that's apt living. There is no air conditioning but plenty of fans. Could also use a bit more utensils if you really wanted to cook meals, but we did not so it was fine. Would be perfect if they added some dressers for the bedrooms and replaced the double with queen size bed.

Great Location and Spacious
Be aware that there is no AC but it’s near the water so typically a cooler part of LA. Now that said… Great space with plenty room. The double bed is a little small for two people so ended up pushing the twin beds together and letting our friend take the double. I’m not sure how this would work for a family of 4, but overall it for our needs at a good rate and we had all the necessary amenities and plenty of options on the surrounding neighborhood.

The check in process was rough
Because it is run by a third party, the check in was very scattered. I had the code and address all located in different places, e-mails, texts etc. It got very confusing. Our code changed multiple times to get in and one night we had to wait 20 min for someone to come let us in with a key because the code wasn’t working. The beds are rock hard and there is no AC. No ice maker or even ice trays in the freezer. Not worth the money.

Great place for a great price
Very nice place near lots of shopping & restaurants. Very clean and easy check in. Not a lot of kitchen supplies if someone planned on cooking. Some noise from upstairs, but overall it was a great value!

Dirty, stained furniture, first floor apt
First floor apartment with no AC, so windows need to be open all night, including bedroom windows (women beware, large homeless population in this area) Bedroom windows open to a business complex parking lot with lights on all night, so bright lights shine through the windows all night, making it difficult to sleep. Upon first entering the apartment the area rug was stained in several places and the sofa was also dirty, stained and in poor condition. I was contacted by the property manager because the dishwasher was broken and they wanted to replace it during my stay. I requested that they remove the area rug at that time and need to clean or replace the sofa. The property manager agreed to replace the area rug, and agreed that the sofa needed to be replaced, but the “owners had the final decision”. The property manager came to the apt with the new dishwasher and I requested that they return after I checked out to replace it. He did not want to do that because he wanted it in before the next people checked in. I checked out on a Saturday so I think truly he didn’t want to work on a Saturday. I messaged the property manager requesting money back for our terrible experience at his property, but never heard back. I highly recommend you find a different property to stay at while you’re in this area.

The property was clean, the check-in/out process was a breeze, coffee supplies were there and there were a couple of beers in the fridge. The property is on a busy road so lots of road noise. The frame for the bed bounces and moves anytime someone rolls over. There is no AC and not able to get enough air flow, blinds and windows have to be open. The bedrooms face a business parking lot and the lighting from that lot means the bedrooms are never dark. 3 nights of very little sleep.

This property had a terrific location to my daughter condo, beach, airport, activities and restaurants. We had all my adult children with us to watch the inaugural soccer for the match Angel City FC team. It was a wonderful family visit with the perfect vRBO. I would stay here again. The apartment was extremely clean and smelled fresh and welcoming when we entered. The only bit of dissatisfaction we had were the minimal amenities. It was advertised that only a starter kit was provided but we weren't prepared to bring our own toilet paper. The owner provided only one roll plus a small partial roll of very cheap toilet paper. There were three women for three nights so we had to provide our own which was unexpected as we have never encountered that need in the other places we have stayed. The lighting in the rooms could be better. It would also be a plus if the owner provided ice cube trays in the freezer and possibly a blow dryer. These are basic amenities we have found in the previous places we have stayed and have come to expect. Parking was convenient and easily accessible. Fans were provided in the bedrooms which were much appreciated as they were needed at night to keep the rooms comfortable. If the owner provided a few more basic amenities it would have made the stay a bit more pleasant for us. For those travelers who are ok without those things, this is a wonderful place.

If you're looking for a fairly plain vanilla option of somewhere to stay in Los Angeles, this is it. The positives: pet friendly, clean, garage slot for a car, prompt replies from property manager, code for door rather than key. The negatives: not the best neighborhood, oddly hotter inside than outside, loud traffic on major street. Suggestions: get a few extra towels rather than the bare minimum; toss some artwork on the walls; get ice trays for the freezer; figure out source of unnecessary heat.

Weeklong getaway to LA
My family of four, including two teenage girls, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We cooked most of our meals and had everything we needed to do so. There was no a/c (which I knew as it wasn’t listed on the property), and we were very comfortable using the fans at the property and having the windows open. We were bummed that the laundry washer wasn’t working, but the property owner was quick to respond when I let her know and was truthful with the timeframe it would take to fix it. We found a laundromat in the neighborhood that worked just fine. We ended up with a large SUV rental (Tahoe), which wouldn’t fit in the garage, but we had no problem finding street parking near the apartment, and felt very safe walking around the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit LA and be near the beach, but still away from all the craziness and traffic of downtown LA.

Perfect Location and Amenities
This condo was new, clean and perfect for our needs. The full kitchen allowed us to cook, eat meals and save leftovers. The TV allowed full access to broadcast, cable and all streaming services. My only recommendation is to replace the full sized (double bed) in the master bedroom with a queen sized bed. It was a bit too small for most couples
