This is a prime peninsula location beach house that is steps to the sand, marina (boating!) and also walkable to the central and ever evolving 2nd street area of Long Beach. Many excellent beach days, excellent restaurants, fun bars and super interesting people watching.

The house features 2 large master suites with en suite bathrooms and king size beds + a deluxe queen sleeper sofa. Top notch bedding, linens, toiletries, coffee and more. A fully equipped kitchen is stocked with basics and ready to use. The unit also features a roof deck with a dining area, nice outdoor furniture and 360 degrees of sweeping ocean, bay and city views.

Had an amazing stay! Best vacation rental we have experienced. The place was perfect for us. Amazing location with ocean views on one side, and marina views on the other from the rooftop patio. The place is fully set up with everything you could possibly need and more. The host was amazingly helpful, meeting us there for an initial tour, and he was super responsive the entire time. I would give the place and experience 10 stars if it let me!

What a great view of the Christmas boat parade from the rooftop patio. Walking to Second Street and Naples Island to shop was super fun. We definitely got steps in.

Property is very spacious and comfortable. 1 block away from the Marina and 1 block away from the beach. We brought our dog and this location was 1 mile away from Rosie’s Dog Beach. That was a HUGE bonus for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic!
Everything was great! The beach is 1block in either direction. Very convenient liquor store across the street which was fantastic to be able to just grab a quick snack. I love this place!

Property was unique in that it had several floors. The first floor is an office, 2nd was bedroom with bathroom, 3rd floor was a master bedroom with bathroom and 4th floor had the kitchen and living/dining room. There is access to the rooftop for great views of the peninsula, ocean and inlet. Decor was very nice and the house is pet friendly, so we were able to bring our doggie. Love the neighborhood!! The boardwalk that runs along the beach on the ocean side was very romantic and quaint, especially at night. The property had bikes, scooters, and a paddle board available for us to use. All in all it was a relaxing week at the peninsula!!!

Great location!
This unit is carefully thought out, modern, and beautifully decorated. Be ready for a workout on the stairs from room to room, but it was great for us! Our 4 year old grandson loved the inner and outer stairs to each level. Beach and bay on either side. Hosts were great. Would stay here again if ever back in the Long Beach area.

Relaxing week in Belmont Shores
Stayed the week with my 76 year old dad and 17 y.o. daughter. We had a wonderful time! Plenty of room for everyone and the bonus rooftop area to enjoy sunsets. Beaches are easy to access and the two loaner bikes were perfect for traveling along the beach path into Long Beach. So much to do and see, but perfect to just sit and chill! Thanks for the great spot to make our week perfect!

LB Peninsula gem
This house has it all. From great communication with owner, personal assistance getting settled in, as well as of the line appliances and amenities, and the best rooftop patio with amazing views. Close to 70 stairs from bottom to top, safe with bannisters. My 90 yr old parents were able to manage them. Plan to visit again.

Great 6 night stay in Long Beach. Beds were comfortable, plenty of places to sit, watch tv or just talk. Great rooftop patio with views all around and plenty of seating. Lots of stairs and creative layout but we did just fine - glad we had help with luggage tho! Tyler was great at responding to our questions. Loved having a garage. Plenty of great places to eat, hear some live music and have some cocktails. Would most definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Beautiful clean home
This is a beautiful clean home with a great location! From the minute we walked in we could smell it was freshly cleaned, new towels awaiting and fresh bed sheet! The beds were extra comfy! I would highly recommend this place for two couples, because that is what it is truly set up for. The house has a maze of double stairs that is fun to master, but not bothersome at all. The view is so pretty from the top of the deck. Tyler was extra friendly and very helpful. We would for sure come back and loved our long weekend getaway.

Gorgeous property! The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The cleanliness, comfort and amenities were exceptional! Check in process was very easy and well explained. The house, location and manager were all amazing! This is definitely a rare find! From the moment we got to the house to when we left the manager was on top of things asking if we needed anything to make our stay more enjoyable. He was extremely professional! The house was amazing...only maybe to many stairs, but I'm out of shape so it probably wasn't. The views are great from the top! Its the perfect place for a glass of wine and the sunset! We would definitely recommend this house!

We stayed three nights at this property. We enjoyed the modern and comfy accommodations. All spaces were clean and it had all the basic amenities. Both king beds were very comfortable. There are 5 levels: parking garage at ground level, first master bedroom 2nd floor, next master bedroom 3rd floor, living room and kitchen 4th floor, and the rooftop dining table on the top floor. We didn’t mind the stairs at all as it made every floor quiet and private. The parking is tight, I personally wouldn’t try to parking anything bigger than a minivan in the garage. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Property owners/managers were easy to communicate with. We didn’t have any issues, but if we had, I’m confident they would have responded quickly. Would absolutely stay here again.
