+POOL heating is at your discretion and recommended throughout Fall and Winter at $65/Day.
+No Smoking inside or outside the property or you will be subject to a $650 fine taken from your deposit, no questions asked
+LA City Council has passed a firm noise ordinance for all home rentals. The city does not allow music or amplified sound allowed outside past 9p.m.. The city has a zero tolerance policy for noise violations. For the first violation you could lose your deposit, so please adhere to the policy. You will be asked to sign a noise ordinance form upon check-in.
+Occasionally owners may request access to property for updates, or to fix something.
*Furniture is NOT to be moved around or you will incur an extra $500 moving fee
*Please respect our furniture as if it was your own. *Any damage at all to furniture will be taken out of your deposit.
+Pictures may or may not reflect current furniture as we update the furniture frequently to the latest styles.
*Air: We set the nest thermostat to automatically heat or cool the home depending on the season. During hot summer months, please try to keep doors mostly closed to keep cool air in and do not run air all day, or turn air below 74 degrees, or you risk freezing up the system which will turn the unit off for 2-3 hours. If you follow these rules, the house will stay nice inside.
